There is NO on-line submission for any process like that .

He should submit I-485.I-130 . I-864 etc forms for her along with piles of supporting documents and all these documents ( package ) should be sent to Chicago Lockbox.

We received today letter for biometric appointment scheduled for October-23

OK I need a favour off everyone in this thread, I need you all to access the spreadsheet (in my signature) and check over the entries I've put in for you, look for any possible errors I've made and any missing pieces of data for your case such as:

1) Type of visa adjusting from

2) Whether you sent off a I-693

3) NOA date

4) Biometrics date

5) Whether you will attend Biometrics on the date given or will you try an early walk in

6) If you have been transferred to the CSC yet

7) Whether you filed for EAD or AP or both on top of your AOS application

Thanks for the information'. I just registered as member here but this site help me lot during our application. I am here now in Illinois and got married.

by first week of October I am going to apply for AOS. I just want to ask to be sure we got the right fee for filing for this as I understand filing for

I-485 together with I-765 and I-131 will be cover all the fees for I-485 fees. I am kind confuse as there are some fees for the two forms (I-765 & I-131).

If you are submitting I-485 and forms I-131 and I -765 goes as a part of that package total fee will be $ 1 010 biometric - 80 USD and 930 USD for the form I-485

If you submit I-765 and I-130 not with I-485 , but later , in that case you will have to pay fees additionally .

I am lost .... We are filiing documents for me and my kid. To make long story short . We married on K1 visa , left country with my husband- worked in teh europe ,now returned to teh US , I am in the US on B2 visa and we are applying for GC for me and my kid. Kid previously had K2 visa, now with me on B2 visa.

Documents for me .

I-130, G-325A, I-485, I-693, I-765, I-864. are ready

What kind of documents should be filled in for the kid ( 5 y.o.) ? The same documents as for me ? or smth different . Shall we send it by 2 different packages ( one for me and one fore the kid ) or by one package .

Kid already has I693 form . Besides that what should be filled in?????

Good day to everybody , I am completelly lost with the set of documents for AOS . May be somebody will be able to help .

We got married several years ago , lived abroad all that time , I am in the USA on B2 visa now and we are thinking to file AOS .

I already received medical exam documents ( I693 form ) which should be send along with I130, I485, I765, G325, forms.

Does somebody know , is it required to provide each form with the set of supporting documents ( such as copy of marriage certificate , copy of birth certificate etc .... copy of previous devorce ) or we should just fill in forms , put all together and to send ONE set of supporting documents ?
