i don't understand uscis again they sent me email on monday that my case has been transfer, on tuesday they said they transfer it to TSC. Again today i saw their mail that my case has been transfer but i don't know where. Does any one experience thise too. Thanks.

i called uscis office 3 days ago,so i spoke with tier2 the man i spoke with told me he will send them email for expidite, that in the next 5 days i should receive a letter from them

i called uscis today to ask about my pettition so i was teansfer to tier 2.so i spoke to someone after a long hold,the man told me that my file is at missouri but on the receipt it say overland park ks.Is thise desame office or what?

pls!!!! can they denie your pouse your spouse visa for unpaid loan or bank acct that has been close?
