Thank you!
Can anyone add me in the list please. Thank you!

Still haven't seen one case with a December CC getting an interview letter especially for F2A.
That I think is because interview letters are given by end of the month (December) or 1st week of the following month (January).

Congrats! Now lets wait for the IL
Thank you! Yes. Waiting now for IL

Really? Congrats! We're just talking the other day but now now you're CC! Congrats again!
Yes. Thank you! I'm so happy. I called NVC 4 times yesterday (still under review) but earlier today I called again and was informed that it's case complete already. Called again (just to be sure) and yes! It really is completed. She said to wait for Feb interview for my husband. Goodluck sayo. I'll include you in my prayers

just called NVC, I was told they are still reviewing our docs! 18 business days since they received it
Same here. ?

Will CEAC say "At NVC" even if the case is not yet complete? Your response is greatly appreciated.

You're mom is the petitioner so she's the one who should fill up the I-864 and send along with it explanation letter why she didn't file income tax return, example, stating that she is unemployed / no source of income etc. You fill up the I-864A and don't forget to also submit your income tax returns for the most recent 3 years (though what they really require is the 2012 income tax).
I AM NOT 100% sure about this. This is just base on my case before. >> For your 2nd question, since you filed an income tax return jointly with your wife, she should also fill up a I-864A for herself. When my dad was still petitioning me way back 2010, he got a checklist about this. My dad's income is too low so he assigned my brother to do the I-864A. My brother also filed a tax return jointly with his wife but during the very first submission of AOS file, my brother's wife didn't fill up a I-864A for herself resulting to checklist.

You got a checklist for not putting "0" for the year of 2012? Sad news. My husband didn't filed an income ax for 2010 because he just arrived in california in feb, 2011. We also attached a letter explaining. And a copy of his passport showing his arrival date in feb,2011. Do you think we will have a checklist also? Thanks!
Yes. Got a checklist because of that. I also didn't put a "0" for 2011 and 2010 but my checklist is specifically for 2012 income tax. I have an explanation letter why I don't have income tax for the most recent 3 years, also have letter from IRS for 2012 and same as your husband, I included photocopy of my visa, passport and greencard for proof that I am not yet here on 2010 and 2011. I hope you won't get a checklist. Goodluck on your journey! We're almost there.

Marry him then file for a f2A. That's what I did. Came here last July 2012, took a vacation to PH on May 2013 to marry my boyfriend now husband. Filed his petition August of this year and now we're almost there. Good luck! Apple21 is correct.

Got RFE today for correction on I-864 which is minor. The wording I read says to Reprint the form and mail it with Cover Letter. My question is, do I need to send the supporting documents again with the form?
No. Just the complete 9 pages of the I-864/A and let's say... like me I got a checklist for 2012 income tax then I need to resubmit i-864 and documents regarding my non-filling of 2012 income tax. But that's it. No longer need to resubmit the other documents like financial evidence for the current year nor income tax returns of my household members who filled up the i-864A. But just to be sure you can always call NVC which I did and they told me to send only the documents needed on the checklist.

You dont have a Co Sponsor? did you got a mail or u called?
I have my brother, sister and father as my household member who'll help me for the poverty guideline. NVC sent me an email about the checklist. I called NVC right after and was inform by the agent that since I didn't file for an income tax I should have put "0" at the line where it asks for the total income for 2012 (which I leave blank).

Got a checklist today. The thing is I did not file an income tax for 2012 because my income is too low BUT i did send NVC letter of explanation, publication and letter from IRS all explaining why I dont have an income tax return for 2012. This SUCKS big time!

When I filed the DS260 I didn't include the middle name in the given name's portion. I overlokked at the instruction regarding given name. 101% sure for a checklist.
-
I cannot say for sure but based on my husband's F2B petition, he was checklisted for not writing the case number at the back of his and our children's visa photos.
If you can prepare a fresh batch, much better (just in case).
Thank you apple1.

Will I get a checklist for not writing the case # on the upper right side of the IV civil docs that I submitted?
