You can live in any US territory forever. It won't affect you to become a US naturalization citizen.

Yea this is expected behavior. I have seen some cases that got the case number and their fee/forms options got open after 9day later.

Seem like she is a US citizen. if so, then there are two ways.
1:) US passport + PAK VISA = travel to PAK
2:) US passport + NICOP card (National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis) = No visa need, can travel to PAK without visa.
Marriage certificate doesn't grant to travel to PAK.

I believe your I-130 will be approve before March but not sure whole immigration process would be done by March 2014. I was a March 1st filer and just got approval. So seems like after workload transferred to local service centers, people are getting responses very quickly.
