    Yes,I have a 3 yr ban for 220 day overstay.We have to file the i601 on the day of the interview.Any o/s longer than 1 year is 10 yr ban.but an i601 approved will waive the ban. The waiver has to be an explanation of extreme hardship that my wife will suffer if im not allowed to go. they dont assess it til I get to the embassy though.
