thanks loto.....i hope so! may have another big hurdle withthe overstay but i have plenty of medical evidenc for th5. the lawyer i spoke with told me to send the reasons and evidence for it to the nvc to give them and london a heads up about it, as it could be waived or forgivven at the interview. this lawyer used to work at the uscis and usem in london too
