Brother, have you called the NVC as yet? or when will you do so.

I think and my wild guess is that April 2015 Visa Bulletin will bring upto July & August 2013 Priority dates to Current status.

This is just a wild guess..

I am writing on behalf of my friend whose Spouse priority date is next to mine. i.e. 15 July 2013.

She called the NVC nimber just to get the idea, whether they will start scheduling IL for her husband or not.

The NVC representative on the other side of the phone gave her a very rude reply, by saying that.

They Dont have visas available of F2A for the upcoming Bulletin and slammed the phone on her.

Who hire them anyways.

Addresses should be where the person is living on the date the form is signed.

Its will be 1 year since I filed AOS. My F2A PD is 22July2013.

I have heard that AOS gets expired after 1 year. what will happen if it passes a 1 year time barge. will I have to again submit AOS or just the current year Tax returns will do the job.

I want to know that in April 2015 my AOS will become a year old.

If I dont get the Interview letter before that. Will I have to submit the AOAAOS again by myself or do I have to wait for IL to ask if it is needed.

Hello , I am the petitioner , I filed for my husband in 2013 and my priority date is September 13 2013 . All my fees and documents were submitted las year and I got case complete in April 2014 . Now we're waiting on the IL .

I am not sure but if 1 year passes. your Affidavit of Support gets expired. doesnt it?

remember big jumps lead to retrogression in the near future. lets hooe it does not happen. This word "Retrogression" feels like "Holocaust" or "Negro" and it should be banned. hehe

I hope and pray for everyone who has suffered a lot of stress living without their beloved ones for more thab a year. it was really hard to enjoy 14th February without them. But I am sure that you guys will celebrate your next birthdays,Anniversaries together in coming days.

I called NVC about a week ago, but they told me that they don't schedule my interview, because I already had one scheduled last year, but couldn't go and then retrogression hit. So now apparently my consulate is responsible for scheduling. I emailed them twice, and all I get is that they haven't received cut-off date and visa numbers for March yet (after VB for March was out). I just emailed them again. I hope I don't bother them too much...

Whatever your date maybe for interview. Just get ready. Renew your Police Character Certificate. Bonafide Marriage Certificate with True Translaton in English. ReCheck your Affidavit of Support. Joint Sponsor (If any). Proof of Marriage and communication. in terms of Chat records. Photos taken together.
