yea thanks for asking. my wife is here now and the a number i thought it was, it was the registration number on the visa we just needed to A0 like merc said. my elis app is pending as of now.

Yes bro its pending . Once wife will submit the sealed envelope to immigration officer then they will process the rest of the part

That sheet was on the outside of the visa packet.

Since the visa packet was already turned in at the POE, it makes perfect sense (to me) that you can't find that sheet. So, not spend further time to seek out that sheet, CBP already has it.

Alright lowkey i had already read that. but it does not say that its the registration number. it says they should have gave me the a number with the visa not on the visa.

You can find the alien Registration Number on the letter packet we receive with the visa.. it's a piece of paper that shows USCIS IMMIGRATION FEE which

you can found your Case number,your full name and your Alien Registration Number.It has instructions/steps how to pay your Immigrant Fee too.You will read a reminder on the last part of paper that saying "you must pay before you travel to the united states.You will not recieve your green card until you have paid the USCIS Immigrant Fee".

Yea that sheet we could not find. but do you thnk its the registration number on the visa?

Yes Usman Bro ! you will find that number on the Visa , if you look on top right of the Visa you will see DOS Number , which is your case number.

and if you look down to that case number you will find registration number , that is your Alien Registration Number.

You just need to add A0 in the start of your registration number.

for example A012345678.

When I was paying for my parents immigrant visa early this month, i was confused as well but there was no A # on their visa, instead it's the registration #. Just put A0 before the other numbers because there is only 8 and they are supposed to be 9.

you guys are all wrong. I just talked to the lady at uscis she said its not on the I-130 approval letter. its on the letter of packet that we recieece with the visa. but its a seperate sheet with the a number on it.

also if we dont find that then we can wait when she arrives and they will stamp it in her passport

the approval letter is in paki. and my wfe cant find it at the moment.

and it honestly doesnt say a anywhere on the us visa. only registration number.

Usman, please keep us posted as to when you get the call to pick up the visa. My status just changed few hours ago and went back to AP. InshaAllah Im hoping that it will be Issued in a day or two.

Kept passport and gave 221g green sheet, ssaid it may take weeks or months.

Status on ceac website always said ready since day one.

emailed them 4 times and status updated 4times.

for the first time on the 11th of sept it changed on its own. then on the 12th it changed and finally said AP then before the day ended it said issued. so it was issued on the 12th. same day it said AP

we were losing hope somtimes. but we kept praying. Allah swt is amazing. he knows best when it is the right time.

we are still waiting for the call to pick it up.

I want a help and that is - I am a female beneficiary for K1 fiance visa.

I submitted my packet 3.5 on August 23, 2013 and did not get my interview appointment yet and there is no update on the website since August 13, 2013.

Since this topic has all participants from Pakistan so thought to ask that how long did it took for you guys to get the interview date after submitting your packet 3.5 - is it normal that I am in the 3rd week waiting on my interview date after submmiting my papers or I am late.
