I didn't see a response here so posting here for others who are looking for this information. SF Field office is doing same day Oath ceremonies. They give you an option to do this if you have the time. Interview was at 10am and Oath happened at 1 pm.

Fill out N-445 before you get there. Social Security shouldn't be updated till atleast 2 weeks after Oath. I was able to register to vote as well as apply for passport at the ceremony.

My wife’s oath letter showed up. She is scheduled for October 16th morning ceremony. I am still waiting to be scheduled. 

My wife got her Oath scheduled yesterday (1 day after the interview). No date yet since the letter doesn't show up yet but she did have a name change. I am still waiting for my status to change. 

My wife and I had our interviews today. It was pretty straight forward. Both of us had separate interviews and the interviewers were very pleasant.
 
For my interview, we went over some of the questions that did not have answers to them (Somehow 🤷‍♂️) and then updated the file with the travel updates and time spent outside the US since we filed the application a year ago. We then jumped into the civics portion where he asked me 6 questions and then moved onto the english portion where I read a sentence and then wrote "Citizens can vote" on an iPad. I also told him about a traffic violation I received and that I was acquitted from it. After this, he said he was going to recommend me for approval and asked for my wife's A number so that our Oath could be scheduled together. 
 
For my wife, everything was the same, except she didn't have any traffic violations and did a name change. We carried the court decree with us and using that, the IO entered my wife's new name into the system. 
 
The online status for both of us now says approved and that Oath will be scheduled.

Can you ask your apartment manager for a letter that says that your husband and you share the apartment maybe?
I have heard of people taking affidavits from their landlords/next door neighbors confirming that they share the apartment.
You don't have joint accounts because you don't have your SSN is understandable. Usually, you can make changes to Health Insurance in the middle of the year if there has been a life changing event (like getting married). If it is not possible, there isn't much you can do about it
You should take lots of pictures of the two of you together with each other's family, friends etc. Someone recently stated that they are more interested to see pictures of your families with you.
Also take receipts and tickets for any trips that you took together and things like wedding rings/bands purchase etc.
What visa are you adjusting from? I read that they usually do not demand much evidence if you are adjusting from K1 as you already prove an intention to get married before you enter the US.

My EAD/AP application updated today. It says it has been sent out today. There isn't any USPS tracking number yet. I don't think there's any way for me to get it before my interview which is on Monday morning :-)

I just confirmed with a co-worker. He started working at our company without a SSN. He applied for it but he didn't get paid till he got the SSN and updated it in the company records.
So, you should be able to start working but won't probably get paid till you get a SSN. After you get it, you would get the pending salary(ies).

My I-130 (which was approved last month) just had an update and has now gone back to "Initial Review" :/ I have the approval notice but today's update says:

Wow, that was nice. I was just inquiring as I've actually heard people say this in several threads. All I did was ask. I didn't say I believed it....my goodness.

You can try to do an early walkin. It is up to them to allow it or not.IMO, it doesn't speed up or slow down the process. Try and do a walkin in the afternoon if you do. From what I have read, centers are less crowded in the afternoon.

IMO, you should not worry too much about it now that you have already sent the documents. If you do get a RFE, you can send them the transcripts you have already ordered. If you get a RFE, you it will slow down the process just a little bit but you will still get your green card

I sent my 1040s along with the W2s and all the schedules of 1040 and all the 1099s (basically pretty much the whole package that you send out when you file your taxes) and I didn't get a RFE. I saw one person who got a RFE quite recently because they only sent the 1040 and W2s (no schedules to the 1040 or 1099s).
USCIS wants you to send either everything OR just the transcript from IRS. If you sent everything you should be fine. I think it was a good idea to get the transcripts (just to be safe :-) )

Please note that if you are approaching the 2-year anniversary and your resident card has not been yet approved/issued, you may just get the Permanent Resident Card. I believe they have a time frame, I am not sure exactly, but you're very close to your 2-year mark. I'm researching this time limit.
