34 days until the INTERVIEW...I can't believe we are almost there!!!!!

My heart is sad NVC gave me another RFE for AOS due to missing blank page 9, a page that I KNOW I included on previous two AOS package. Page 9 is the information of the person who helped you filling the document, never mind I told them no one help, even the supervisor is astonished that they are holding my case for this reason. I'm devasted, just want to give up.

Yay! My case is " in transit" to santo domingo!

I GOT MY INTERVIEW!! I WAS SHOCKED...didn't even expect a Case Complete until the end of October..then got an email today with our INTERVIEW DATE...and it's SOON...November 20th!! God is GOOD!!

Just spoke to NVC get this people, first tier operator told me my case was completed, but that they have not updated system that I have to wait 10 days for the update; I requested a supervisor. Supervisor told me that first tier operator misread the information but they are very close to touching my case last RFI, I ask how many days, she says close. Do these people know what they doing, or do they just like to mess with us.

Received hardcopy of noa2, and my case was sent to nvc today. More waiting...

Was not expecting it but i got noa2 tonight,

You won't believe this one, called NVC today for update on my case; was told that starting Monday, September 2, 2013 all DS applications must be submitted online and that I must re-submit mine online, never mind that it was approve last week. I argued that the option of submitting online was not available for Dominicans filers and that my application was approved last week. this process is so unfair something that took effect months after my application that is only going to delay my in...

It seems like another week without a resolution to this AOS checklist, they received on 8/6/13 and no review. I loosing my mind.

Is it just me or does it seem Checklists are being handed out like candy? grrr
