I got a divorce from my husband recently after 2 years of him being here, I wanted to know who do I inform about this divorce? Do I write a letter to USCIS? And what documents do I have to provide them? Do I have to give them the old case number? 

I have started a divorce in the court and a protection order as well, My husband came here last year and since then been blackmailing and threatening me. My question is this that I don't want the sponsor (cousin) to be involved in this matter, My husband says that he will make sure the sponsor gets dragged into this case as well, Is it possible I can write a letter to the NVC and let them know that I have applied for a divorce in the court and also let them know that the sponsor doesn't want anything to do with this? Will the sponosr have to write a letter to NVC stating that these 2 people are divorcing so he isn't my husbands sponsor anymore? Please help.

I just submitted the ds 260 forum online and I wanted to know if these were the only documents I should send NVC or do I have to add more? I don't work and I just read saylin's wiki post that I can submit 1040 which is all my accountant filed for me since I don't work and I told her to put the gross income as $19,800.. so I believe NVC will except this.. If I send them my 1040

Thats what I have. I don't work and I don't have a sponosor so I filed tax as self employed and got the 1040 form with gross income of $19,800. but when my accountant sent the papers to the irs it came back as error because my dad claimed me on his tax papers. So should I just send NVC the 1040 forum and see if they accept it ?

You cant send to NVC just your tax papers, I am sure they will refuse it. If they accept it, so all people dont need to work, dont need the income, dont need co-sponsor.....Because, just the tax papers (1040, 1040A....) everyone can do it by themself with any gross income they want.

That would be fraud. If your tax return is rejected you can't submit as evidence as part of your AOS.

My question is that I don't work, My dad doesn't have enough income, and I can't find a joint sponsor. What can I do now? my husband lives in Pakistan and If I decide to Use my in laws income, how does that work? is there a poverty line in that as well? and How will NVC accept it if its not from a US Citizen? and what forum would I have to fill for this? and in case my in laws income isn't enough, then what should I do? I really need help in this. I've been stuck with AOS for the past month and a half and just want to find a solution already.

Alright, then your dad needs to meet the poverty line for a household of 6. And for your I-864, you'll just have a household of 2 (yourself and the beneficiary).
