How do I know the the UK embassy in London has our approved case do I call them? If so what's the number thanks you in advance anyone who helps

Ok so we have our case number after calling all the time I just don't understand how I get an interview at the embassy in London? Can someone please explain the process cause I really don't get it at all.
I think I have to do the medical first then they give me an interview date, am I right?
-
Wow this is terrible I'm going through London to hope this isn't a frequent fault because I don't have a month to wait at all

It's true it's not smuggling if you declare it, but I was pointing out you would need to comply with the law. Putting $320,000 in your pocket and waltzing on a plane with it and handing the customs guy your form noting the cash in your pocket may not be illegal, but it also might be the dumbest way to get the money transferred. I have to think there are way better options, which is why I think a lawyer is needed.
Oh I never planned on carrying the cash. I never carry more than 50 on me at a time, I was just wondering if I could open an account in the US from England and transfer the funds over I know it would cost me to do this but it'd be worth it. So confusing guess we will have to seek legal advice. I've never had this kind of money I never thought I would actually so this is all last minute stuff wish is piling on top things that need to get done already

Bringing cash in is not smuggling. You declare it in your customs forms. The end.
She has a separate tax issue, to figure out if an inheritance is taxed (presumably it was already taxed when the grandfather got it) but moving the money is not hard.
It's my money I'm moving from England to US I don't see how it should be taxed when it's his savings that he saved in England and it was from work he was taxed from in England so it's stupid if it has to be taxed again, but I didn't plan on smuggling it that's why I asked what's the correct process I don't want to lose all that money as we have plans for it already we want to buy a home straight out and a car and the rest will be useful till I get my ead to work
-
Ok so I told my grandfather that I will be moving to the US soon and what I didn't know he is giving us inheritance money and I'm getting mine early as I won't be around and it's going to be £200,000 which in dollars is about $322,222 how do I take this with me to the US

On November 8, 2013, we shipped this approved or re-affirmed case to the Department of State for visa processing. For more information, please contact them directly
So I got this via email and I know obviously what it is saying, but when can I call the nvc to get the case number? Should they have it by now? It's 2 weeks Monday since we where approved. Also all going well when do you think I could be with my fiancée. From the UK if that's required.

yes i marry a philippines woman we got to file to removing her conditions on her green card in 7 month but she came here in 2012 after she got her 2 year green then she move 30 day after to california she want pick up the phone or nothing all she care about money and she want a divorce i know this marriage is not in good faith all she want a green card the questions is do she need a proof that she marriage me in good faith after we get a divorce and can she marriage someone new and still get her a 10 year green i know it a scam do she still need proof
I am more then positive, that this post is not by the husband but more likely by the woman. Just my thought.
I'd have to agree your English is poor for an American or you need to learn how to type I know we all make mistakes but yours actually read like a non a English speaker. I'm from the UK and my fiancée is the American citizen. I deep down think this is the scammer and if it is you should be ashamed of yourself because it's things like this that make us look bad. So I refuse to help and I hope she gets deported back to where ever she's from.

Congrats, how long did it takes for your approval?
91 days
-
I know was tired of seeing others go ahead who filed after and thanks.
-
Ok so our petition is approved and I know it gets sent to the nvc before it's sent of to the consulate here in the UK but how will I know these steps?
Do they email me to let me know like they did with the apporval

So long as he is a US citizen (or LPR), living in the USA and over 18, he's good to be a sponsor.
Thanks. Easy answer mind at ease ???
-
Well we know we're going to have to use a co sponsor but she wants her grandpa to do it as he makes more than her dad and will easily clearly the 125% will this be ok. I know the London embassy accepts 100% of the poverty guideline anyway just asking will the grandfather be ok.
-
Probably better if they are related but I think they accept as long as it's a USC. for the AOS I think it has to be a relative cause that's for binding than the k1 visa
-
Some embassy's in some countries accept the 100% like mine (the UK) Manila doesn't it's the full amount

Sorry to hear that.
My partner and I submitted the I-129F plus the rest of the stuff the 12th of May this year, and we're still waiting
It's already more than 5 months, and according to them, they're working on cases submitted at the end of April. When I already know lots of people who submitted the application in July and they have already been approved.
I understand you very well. I feel very nervous every day. I was hoping to be with the love of my life by christmas. Now I know it won't happen until february minimum.
The system the follow is completely unfair.
Sorry to hear that.

Oh my god bless you. I'm complaining and you two guys have been waiting so long. I'm sorry to hear that. I think me and you will be in the same boat. I'm so sorry I'm hoping to be with my love by February to. If you've waited five months my friend you should call them seriously. Can't believe they're making some wait so long.
-
Lucky you jumping ahead of me I've been waiting since July not only August filers getting approved before but now September filers too woooo lucky I love waiting
-
8 months? Wow they really are idiots. Sorry to hear that.
-
Just fill it out correctly with all the proof they need take it to the interview. Job done. Just make sure you have the correct proof of income
-
Yeah well at least they updated it. Now just then wait for the noa2 buddy. I'm in the same boat can't wait to be approved havnt beard from the uscis since August 29th getting harder
-
Getting so down seeing all the approvals and mine still getting ignored. why am I waiting longer than everyone else? I've sent everything had no rfe had no contact or touches since August 29th, so depressing seeing everyone approved who filed after me ( why must I wait longer
-
First, I am sorry you've to feel that way. Second, it is not our fault that we've got approval faster than others. I knew some VJers got approval faster than me yet I still gave them congratulations. Speaking about being fair, it is not fair either talking about fairness to us when we don't know how USCIS processing the petitions. I hope you got the approval soon, good luck!
Yeah I'm not saying it's your fault. Not at all I'm happy for you, but what isn't fair is that me and my fiance worked hard put our application together to send off in July when we should of waited to send it in August cause we now would have been approved it seems? I don't get it. I just don't understand how they can just pull a random application out. If you applied before me I'd would of expected you to be approved first like I expect people who filed before me should be approved first. It's fair. But then again nothing is fair just I've quit looking cause TSC doesn't know what it's doing or our application is with the office idiot.
How do I know if the embassy has my case yet?
