"Please follow the instructions you received from the National Visa Center (NVC) for the next step in the processing of your visa petition. If you have misplaced the instructions sent to you by the NVC or did not receive them, please contact us at http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3177.html for additional information."

so plz what does mean ??

It really dont mean anything. You wont get any instructions. It will go to consulate and they will schedule interview and send packet to fiance

If they called you it should be ready....is the code probably the transit number? Don't rely so much on the site...either one of them. CEAC can have glitches sometimes, there was a member who said Denied and the visa was actually issued and ready. DOMEX site is horrible....will not provide updates on a timely and accurate matter...go and pick it up!

Well my fiance told them to send it to santiago, so if santo domingo still has it he will have to wait till santiago has it

I called dos and they said it was in transit and there was no interview scheduled and to call back. I guess i will try calling again tomorrow

I wouldnt believe them because they told me many things and just are not forthcoming with information

I got my date 3 weeks after arriving at the embassy

When nvc gave you a case number did it start with sd?

Yes...for D.R. it starts with SDO...they give ur case number, invoice number abd beneficiary id number that u have write down

yes, that's why he should call and also check the website first before going to santo domingo....it may be on its way to santiago today

Yes soon....same thing happened to my fried Star10....changed from ready to AP then a few says later to ready and issued. So it should be soon.

If the creation case date changes, then the status will change to Issued in 2 days.

Case creation date stayed same day as approval

no we filed last year to adjust status. Yesterday was a year from NOA date. In april we submitted the renewal for his EAD card. Sometimes the EAD renewal triggers the approval for the permanent resident card. NOPE!! Ead renewal card is in production. GGGGRRRRRR
