Anything you can think of that will show bona fide marriage (lease with both names or mortgage, showing joint ownership, utility bills, phone bills, affidavits from family and friends who know both of you, insurance policies, life insurance showing your name as beneficiary, bank statements, birth certificates of children born in marriage with USC). You may not have lots of those if you came on K1, but just show as much as possible. Some people even use Skype history that shows ongoing contact.

    It is hard to open a bank account or be added to utility bill without SS# so it is a good idea to apply for tax payer ID with IRS and use it in place of SS#. But that number is only good for taxes and not to be used as SS# for work since you may not be authorized to work. When you receive your SS# later you should update it with IRS.
