  1.

Yes that one its the I-864 you fill one out and if you have a co sponser he fills one out and sign it an mail it to him just in case its better to be prepared. I dont know if a notary signs it i know its who ever is sponsering him. I signed one and since my income was not enough i have a co sponser he signed one too.

I don't have a Co sponsor its just me who signed. So it will be easier. I'll get on it tomorrow. Thanks for that myxxx

  2. I hope so too its taking too long if they need more documents just let us know already. Thats good he has access to that but my husband was asked for a new affidavit of support filled out with 2012 income and had to have my original signature good thing i sent it to him he got it a week before his interview. Its the i864 does he have a new one filled just in case.

No he doesn't...it's the one that has to be signed by the notary public stating that my hubby will not be a charge to the welfare system right? I'll get on it just in case

  3. I really hope they do process our visas soon...i believe they put the visas after waiver approval on second table. The immigrant visas for those that have never been in the states most of the time get processed within 2-3 weeks. Sucks. My hubby has access to my paycheck stubs, w2 and taxes since my work has all my stuff online and my taxes were e filed. So him getting them and printing them out shouldn't be to hard.

Let's hope they really don't ask for anything.

  4. That's a bummer...almost more than two weeks and no response??? Well that just made me lose some hopes of hearing Anything soon...I'm gonna submit a feedback on ustraveldocs. Hopefully they can escalate it and get me a response as well...my husband is losing faith...although he doesn't tell me I can feel it when we talk. He isn't excited anymore. I'm scared he feels he never is gonna come back home....it's breaking my heart to hear him and see my daughter upset.

  5. No nothing yet. I submitted it on tuesday of last week. The 13. :( I wonder why it's taking a longer time this time around. They must be really backed up.

I did call the dos and asked about the visa status. I was told the same thing I was told it's under review. The guy even told me when they received all docs. I asked if I should send the 2012 1040 docs for the taxes but the guy said no. That I shouldn't send anything unless they ask for it.

  6. You should does he have a new i864 cuz your gonna need a new affidavit and the taxes my husband had interview in may and they asked for 2012 taxes with an updated AOS

So even if they didn't ask him I should send them in??? Ok I am going to call tomorrow and will ask them. They didn't even call him in for an interview. All they asked for were just the police report, passport, nd medical. But whose to say that later on they will or won't ask him. Thanks for that.

  7. You guys think I should have my husband send in the 2012 taxes even though they haven't asked for them yet? He had his interview in November which they had the tax paperwork from 2011...they didn't ask for anything else but the passport, renew medical, and police report. I'm just hoping that they don't delay this even more with not having my 2012 taxes. I should just have him take them to the cargo express agency and turn them in.

  8. Hey there...yes everyone goes under ap which is the normal/Good ap...which that's when they check to see if everything like background check is good. The bad ap from what I've heard and read about is the one where they have to make sure that Washington gives the green light for your visa. It can take months because they will check for terrorism, gang affiliation, same name with criminals, religious sects, etc. I just hope we all get our loved ones visas soon

  9. Hey guys, my husband went to the embassy today. Nothing happened, no interview. He just went there to personally give the requested document. Hopefully we get to hear something soon.

Maybe that will help somewhat. Have you checked ceac to see if they've updated that the paper was received?

Hi you should get a response by monday i emailed them yesterday lets keep each other updated. We must keep strong and continue to pray i keep you all in my prayers .

I didn't hear anything today. Still shows last update on my hubby's case July 18, 2013... I'm getting so frustrated. My husband is telling me he doesn't know what "patience" is anymore. I'm going crazy.
  10. I dont think you read what i wrote. Its a c-section (major surgery!!!) not normal delivery where i am going to push a baby out. Im having it done for medical reasons such as diabetes.

Good luck on your c section...I know it's a major surgery my sister has had 5 of those! The uscis doesn't take the csection as a major medical issue...unless like mentioned above...

On the other hand, you can request for an expedite but an expedite still has a 1-3 month timeframe to be reviewed and approved/denied. If you are going to run with the csection issue I say get the ball rolling now.

    Good luck.

  11. Sorry to hear that you have the delay from the consular office!! I know how frustrating it is because my husbands waiver was approved in May and it was so hard to work anything with the UStraveldocs and the consular office..we finally got the interview scheduled. Good luck with everything and I hope everything works out well for you :)

I'm ready that many folks need a second interview after the waiver approval...is it normal??? I'm worried now more than before. Because my husband wasn't asked for an interview. Just docs and renewal of medical to be sent in. Today marks 4 weeks since the passport was received at the consulate but the last update on ceac was July 18. It still says refused.

  12.

My husband just got a call fr The Medical doctor staying he needs to have another evaluation by another Dr and said he has to do this before his appointment. His interview is tomorrow!!!! They waited a week and a half and the day before his interview to tell us about this! Has anyone heard of this happening???? The medical doctor told him the day of his appointment everything looks good! Why is this happening he was do close to coming home!!!!

Why did your husband need a second interview? My husband had his waivers approved but only documents were requested but not an interview...

  13. It is a waiting game. It's been more than two months since my husband had his interview in San Salvador and nothing. All I know is that the CO is currently reviewing our case. I send an email last week and yesterday, I notice that the embassy was closed this Monday and Tuesday. Even today is closed. I'm f#$!ked.

I checked the schedules for the holidays and i knew it was only Monday Tuesday didn't know about yesterday. I've been told the same thing. That the consular is reviewing the docs...what does your ceac say?

My husband turned in additional documents with his passport by cargo express 2 months ago we still havent heard anything they say they are reviewing everything

It sucks big time. Hopefully soon you'll get good news. We all will.. What does your ceac say? Is it still showing "refused"?

  14. It's a waiting game I believe. My husband turned in medical, police report and passport as instructed in the instruction letter received via email. It will be 4 weeks tomorrow that the embassy in El Salvador received his documents. No updates till today. Ceac still shows refused. Anyone have any input to this? I've called dos and all they say is that it's being reviewed by an officer.

  15. How long ago did he have his 1st medical done? also how long did you wait from approval of I601 to getting the email with the instruction on what to do next?

    thanks and keep me posted

My husband had his medical done November 2012. I believe it expires at 6 months because he was called to renew it...we didn't know he was approved till I allied to speak to a tier 2 officer...the online system didn't update....he was approved may 24 and the uscis page didn't update till June 17th...I didn't receive an instruction letter nor did my husband. My attorney set up the ustraveldoc account under the wrong email address... I had to reset all of that after like 5 emails to the embassy they were able to send the instruction letter via email again.. Let me know if you have anymore questions.

  16. My husband is in El Salvador his i601 is approved as of 6/26 and we are lost as in what to do, please keep us posted because that may help us out.

Congrats jal$dals. My husband is also in El Salvador...you have to wait for an email to be sent to him with instructions on what he is to do next. The email address that they will send the notification to is the one that is registered on the ustraveldocs website if you have created one. If not it will most likely be sent to your husband's address in El Salvador. My husband got approved in may. All h has to do is redo his medical, get his solvencia and send in his passport. Seems like he won't have to go back for another interview. He has his medical appt tomorrow. Yayyyyy!!!!! You can also create a profile for your husband at ustraveldocs website.

    Hope this was of help.

  17. Hi winky,

My husband is also in El Salvador. His waivers were approved may 24, 2013. The embassy told me yesterday that they sent him the documents with instructions on what to submit. They sent them out in may she stated. My husband still hasn't recieved the documents. Therefore we haven't been able to submit any documentation to get his passport stamped with his visa. My question to you is how long after all the approvals did your husband get his documents? I'm so worried. I don't want the documents to get lost. Thank you in advance.
