    Hello, I am submitting an i-130 for my parents. I forgot to mention in the application that my mom has used different names in her official documents. I am going to upload an affidavit like a One and same person affidavit but confused on whether it needs to be an affidavit by my mom, by me or should it be a letter from the civil authority from my home country?
