On the 1st of September I sign up for dhl service for my wife passport and visa return, her interview was on the 4th September, I was trying to log in the csc site and it says PASSPORT NUMBER D.O.B ETC.. NOT CORRECT..... so the new updated site only allowing me the make on appointment for interview IV or NIV, no other options,,,,,, I don't know what to do now and her visa change to issued today..... any advice plz??????

Package 3 is old terminology. If you have Package 4, then your embassy doesn't use Package 3 anymore. Rest easy.

Just got my interview date from the Kingston embassy this morning for August 8th so I have to be scurrying like mad to get my medical done on July 31st as August 1st and August 6th are public holidays here in Jamaica. The light at the end of the tunnel- finally after more than 14 months....

Thanks. Even if we do the interview before August 10th which is highly unlikely at this time, I wouldn't enter until after that date which means I would still get it at the POE. Thanks for the advice though

how u know your case file is in Kingston? our CC is 16/7/14, but the lady at nvc said it was there waiting to ship out, we got the email after but no interview date or anything to say its in Kingston?
