  1. On October 4 2014 we received our NOIR..requesting additional evidence and I submitted 300 pages of it. On November 4, 2014 USCIS received this and said they should have a decision by January 3, 2015...we have heard nothing until today..and I received this update. Is tthis a revocation notice or another letter saying they want something else????

Intent to Revoke Notice Was Sent

On March 27, 2015, we mailed you a notice explaining our intent to revoke our earlier approval of your case, Receipt Number MSCXXXXXXXXXX. The notice explains what we will do. Please follow the instructions in the notice and submit any requested materials. If you do not receive your notice before April 10, 2015, please call Customer Service at 1-800-375-5283.

Please what do i do now and how long before they send it back to u.s.a.Any help will greatly be appreciated.thank you in advance

    Hi,

My husband and I are also going through the same thing...believe it or not, it has become quite common. Our file was sent back June 15, 2014...we received a Notice of Intent to Revoke on October 4...we returned our evidence on November 4...as of right now, we have heard nothing....it is a very long wait. :(

  3. Hi everyone...I havent been very active on VJ...sometimes it is just very difficult to see the posts. Consulate returned our file to the US and asked them to review it on June 15 2014...we recieved the NOIR and responded...they received the evidence on November 4, 2014...305 pages of evidence...4 trips in 2 years...3 years of phone call, sms, skype and viber logs....now we are waiting for them to give us their answer..they say a maximum of 60 days but our lawyer and congressman says, "no it won't take that long." .I can only pray that God hears us and helps us...thanks for just listening.....sometimes we have to talk just to get everything off our chest.

  4. My cousin is married to an american citizen who filed for her green card. The process was almost complete but now he has refused to complete an Affidavit of Support. The case has now stalled. Can someone else other than her spouse submit an AOS for her? She has paid the AOS fee and the IV fee already. Thanks!

Only the American Citizen can adjust her status.

  5. We received our NOIR on October 10, 2014...I have already submitted the evidence which included 305 pages of cell phone bills (calls & sms messages), viber, skype, whatsapp, photos, 10 letters of bona fide relationship from both sides of the family, letter from bank saying i couldnt add my husband unless he is in front of them...a letter showing where i had added my husband to my kids medical where he can get them medical treatment if necessary, letters of correspondence between me and nvc, consulates, receipts from 4 trips to see him...even a copy of a letter i sent to secretary Kerry and President Obama...and also their response. We are waiting for their decision now...good luck to you.

  6. We were married in Sept. 2012....I have made 4 trips to see him, but there is a 14 year age difference...I can understand to a point their concern...but during these 4 trips and 3 years...I saved every cell phone bill including the sms messages back and forth...skype, viber, fb chats...receipts in Jordan, even my baggage claim tickets..lol If uscis wants more...they have our life story in these papers, and there is nothing else I can provide.

  7. Our CR1/IR1 case was returned also...I am signed up for email and text alerts when the case status changes and on Oct. 7, 2014 I received notice that our file was reopened...the consulate said we married, "solely for an immigrant visa". I received this letter in the mail on October 10, 2014. I sent all of my evidence to our attorney on Oct. 13, and USCIS signed for it on October 16th. Our rebuttal was 305 pages of evidence. I can only pray that they reaffirm ours, because if they don't...I will take my kids and go live in his country...I'm tired of messing around with the U.S Government...If anyone knows me and my husband...they would also know that neither of us married for any reason other than the love we have for each other.

  8. Hi everyone...we got notice 2 weeks ago that our file is being returned to NVC with a NOIR..or as they put it..additional review. They told him he was approved at his interview in february...then administrative processing...then another police certificate which was clean...then on the 12th someone called him from the consulate and asked him if he could get his plane ticket by the 27th because that is when his medical expires...then the very next day...we got this notice that they was returning the petition....but they denied anyone calling the the previous day...Now i am ready to move to his country..we have complied with everything they have wanted us to do...each piece of evidence...I even offered to fly to the consulate to talk to them with my husband...I can't believe we are dealing with the U.S Government.

  9. Hi everyone...I just have a question if anyone can answer this. My attorney sent an inquiry to the consulate in jerusalem asking for an update on our AP case. The reply was: We will contact the beneficiary and set up an interview with the petitioner and beneficiary.

My attorney told them that I was going to see my husband in the west bank and to please let them know if there is any way possible that I can bring my husband home with me...the attorney also told them that I would visit the embassy to talk to them about my husbands case...so why are they saying they will interview him and i both?

  10. So this is really an upadate. Husbands interview was 2-3-2014. He was approved at his interview and they kept his passport. Heard nothing until 2 weeks ago and they said AP and would take 9 months. I called DOS today and they say AP and that Embassy doesnt need anything from us. The embassy email was a generated email..nothing personal. The embassy called my husband and told him to tell his wife not to worry this is normal processing..if it is normal processing why did the generated email say 9 months at least??????? We were approved for expedite at NVC and the Embassy!!!!
