So I went to 2go megamall 2 days ago and sent my husband's 2014 ITR and W2. I checked the tracking number on 2go website yesterday and the status is delivered. I am now waiting if there's any changes n the dates of my ceac status. I pray that everything goes fast and well.

I know someone who has the same situation as mine. Her interview was just two days ahead of mine. She sent hers last feb 17, delievred in embassy Feb. 18 and status issued February 19. She is very lucky

I had my interview on February 11th. But a week before my interview i received an email from embassy that i need a joint sponsor cus my husband's income in 2013 is only $19100. We sent employment letters already to NVC and they approved cus my husband's income for 2014 went up to $33k (according to the employment letter). So what we did is we called the USEM. I told them what my husband is making now. I told them if its ok that we wont get a co sponsor. I asked if we can just present his 2014 W2. They said ok and bring paystubs too. I asked if they need to tax 2014 but they said its fine.

During the interview,the Filipino C.O asked for the 2014 W2 and didn't bother to asked for my husband's paystubs. She also told me of course you dont have your husband's 2014 tax. Then told me everything looks good. The US consul didnt say anything about it too. So i

i was there when they sent the email in the releasing window.

i finished at around 10 am. how about you? yours is easy so better submit it to them asap

Notice that the 221g said either/or. A 2014 ITR with the right income will fly, but you have to get it to her.

Did petitioner file his 2014 taxes yet? He needs to do that and get you a copy of the return (signed by him) and a copy of the W-2. Although it is not required, a tax transcript (free download from IRS webiste) would be helpful too.

Send the materials exactly the way they ask. Usually they tell you to send it by 2Go. That is the fastest way, even if some other way is actulally faster because they look for the 2Go envelope.

Hard to say how long it will take to get the visa after you submit the ITR, buit this is easy to say: The sooner you send ITR, the sooner you will have visa.

my husband filed his 2014 tax today. i told him to file it right away. so maybe he has the docs already. I havent talk to him since he is still at work.

1 - scanned copies are just fine, he can email them to you.

2- If the CO said no issue filing another form then that is the facts.

3- Once the embassy has the copies of the 2014 ITR and W2 it will only be a few weeks most times.

i asked the consul about the new aos form she said no. and also the man from the releasing who explained to me on what to do, he said no need for a new aos form.

I had my interview yesterday at USEM. At pre screening, the lady told me that the CO might ask for a joint sponsor. I asked her why cause I know my husband made 30k for 2013 which is good enough for a household of 3. She said that my husband made only 16k because he should not included his unemployment compensation which is 14k. I was doomed and I did not know what to think anymore. So when I was in line for the interview I already know that I cant have nmy visa as early as everyone else in the room.

So when I am face to face with the consul which is very nice by the way, she said how I was feeling at the start of our conversation. I told her I am tired and sleepy. I was really depressed at that moment. So we talked shes a very talkative lady. She even compimented me that I looked like MJ lastimosa, the one who represented the Philippines last Ms. Universe pageant. Lol. Anyways she said my papers are good but when she looked at the tax transcript I saw her frown and she asked me some questions regarding my husbands job. I told her that my husband was employed last July 16, 2013 and was unemployed from January to June of 2013. She said if I have his recent pasystubs but I dont have any but I have his employment letter with me stating his salary per hour. He asked how many hours does my husband work. I said eight hours mondays to fridays and overtime during saurdays. She computed his possible income for 2014 and said it was 33k which is good enough for household of 3. She excused herself and stood up bringing the tax transcript and his employment letter. She went back to her chair after a minute ot two and told me that even if she really wanted to give me the visa as early as she wanted, we must find a joint sponsor, an asset or his 2014 itr. I told her I thibk we will go fot the 2014 itr. She said thats fine as long as he made the above minimum requirement which is 24k for the household of 3. I asked her if we should also provide a new AOS form but she said we dont need just the 2014 itr, joint sponsor or assets. This was the email that they sent us.

My questions are:

1. Do we need to submit original itr, w2 or transcript for 2014 or scanned copy is just fine (I forgot to ask this to the consul)

2. IS it really not needed for us to submit a new aos form since we will be using a new tax for 2014. because the old one we pssed is only until 2013

3. Do you have any idea how long will they give my visa once we submitted what they were asking for.

who had the same situation? my friend got 221g on her interview on jan. 6, 2014, because of low income the american consul ask her for more evidence of her husband income, so they sent the title of the property, lease agreement and 3 bank statement showing rental income on jan. 8, 2014.. then she checked there status still Administrative processing updated on jan. 10, 2014.. how long is the AP?

Hi i just had my interview yesterday. AOS is what i was worried week before my interview i got even sick stressing about it cuz i didn't get the original copy hence my fiancé did send it on Jan 9th via usps express delivery and yet haven't received it. What i did was just brought me a copy even w2s 1040 pay stubs was just a copies but good thing they didnt ask for originals. It all went well.

Haha. I got fever last night maybe overthinking about the AOS. The first one that he sent me is not an express mail thats why we were not able to track it online. But the one he sent hours ago is an usps international express mail so we are able to track it and says in transit. Did u try to track urs online? What did it say? I am hoping to have it by next week. USEM needs the original AOS form cause we have a minor mistake in the form and asked us to bring a corrected one in the intrview.

Can I present the AOS to consul even if its not the original? I thought they need an original signature at the last page of AOS?

Who is having their interview on February 12 at USEM? I am starting to have sleepless nights again..

Also what worries me is my husbands' AOS is not yet here with me. He mailed it last January 4 but until now it is not yet delivered. So I told him to send me another one which he did a while ago. I am starting to get nervous.

I wouldn't trust them and some people get e-mails some don't. Even if they do you'll be ahead of the game send it out before you get the e-mail if they ever send one. Call have everything ready to go and if anything needs to be fixed, fix it and send. The quicker the better. . Your in my prayers.

Errors on the AOS? I sent three hahaha aaa two I filled out and totally messed up in so many ways and the last one that a beautiful angel helped me with and saved me from waiting here forever. I'm just not good at things like AOS at all. So I had ton's of errors. Really call .

You may never get one sweet heart better to call and ask them what they checklisted you for then send what ever they want ASAP. Will be praying it's a mistake and it's false, hey you never know.

July 17 scan date. We have a mistake in part four and part six. Do you have any idea or do u.know any common mistake on those part of the form. My husvand is still sleeping so i cant ask him at this moment. I so wanna cry. Im so depressed

My AOS package was scanned in on July 17th too, so it looks like we are scan buddies! I am currently traveling in Peru with my husband so I can't check VJ or call NVC very easily, which is mainly a good thing because I was seriously going insane (well, still am) but at the same time, now that I should be (allegedly) hearing something any day about my AOS I am so anxious; it is sooo easy to get a checklist!

Anyway, best of luck to you. I'll be looking for good news
