Never got A hard copy.
Then today i got another email saying the same thing.

The hard copy will tell you which service center (CSC / NSC / TSC) has your application now.

Hello March filers, just wanted to let you all know that I got the I-130 approved this morning. My question is now what? What are the next steps?
Congrats, theluckygirl.
Here are the next steps: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/468369-nvc-filers-december-2013/

As someone else mentioned, please go and review posts 1 and 2. The online form DS-3032 IS the DS-261. USCIS has nothing to do with the DS-3032/DS-261. That form is sent during the NVC process. And as of September 1st, 2013, everyone is required to send the DS-261 online. They'll no longer accept the DS-3032, whether by snail mail or by email.
And as with the DS-3032/DS-261, the DS-230 is no longer used by NVC. Everyone is required to fill the online form, called the DS-260.
Thanks for the detailed help, Saylin.
Since I am still in the USCIS stage, I stated USCIS instead of NVC

My PD is may17 2013 i130 got transfer to nsc on 12-12-2013 and still waiting for there response back
My PD is 5/16, transferred to NSC on 12/12; if I do not hear anything by 1/20, then I will reach out to my congressman/senator and USCIS Ombudsman.
@shama786: Please fill-in your timeline in VJ and this spreadsheet https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Anpi244OAt_IdHotcTd6dmNNTkh6QlJ1YTRkWDZUSEE#gid=0.
Good luck.

for me, uscis shipped approved case to NVC on nov 5. and NVC confirmed they can see it was received on 25th of nov. it took 20 days for me. I still didnt receive the case number yet
I see in your signature that you completed DS-261, and not the online form DS-3032. Is that by choice or USCIS still allows DS-3032 only for people from certain countries and Pakistan is not in that list?
Please keep us posted on how you will file the IV application - DS-230 [which is a paper copy] or the new online form DS-230.
All the best.

Some people mentioned that their transfer notice stated that "it will take 60 days to process".
The transfer notice [hard copy] I received does not mention anything about 60 days processing time; my petition was transferred to NSC on 12/12.

I also sent email to Rebecca.S.Carosn [at all the 3 addresses below, hoping one will work] , she is the Chief of Staff at USCIS; please email her too.

Please make sure to send email/fax to the following:
1. Senator Patrick Leahy - Chairman U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee
Fax: 202-224-3479
senator_leahy@leahy.senate.gov, John_Dowd@leahy.senate.gov
2. Senator Chuck Grassley - Ranking Member U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee
Fax: 202-224-6020
whistleblower@judiciary-rep.senate.gov, jill_kozeny@grassley.senate.govAnd here is the reason (The Judiciary committee is after Mayorkas and so are we):
-
I tried faxing to Alejandro Mayorkas, but it failed. I located this fax number for Alejandro Mayorkas 2022721134, too. Should we try that?
the fax number "2022728118" failed for me twice, but it went thru on the 3rd attempt.
-
Emails and faxes sent - may the force be with "US".
-
Should we send it directly to TSC?
I wouldn't, because they might react negatively if they see that their customers are complaining about them, and by negative reaction, I mean they can put your file on the bottom of pile (i hope not).
USCIS is the most safe job in US government; usually government jobs are safe, but USCIS is much safer - no matter how upset customers are, they have no choice but USCIS, and USCIS have [and will have] a lot of customers because a lot of people want to migrate to the US.

I also changed the subject of my letter to: USCIS giving US Citizens lowest priority - Immense delays in I-130 petitions of spouses of US Citizens -
@BOS_LHR: Thanks for taking initiative to write this letter; let's send it tomorrow.
I wish we can do a peaceful protest in front of Capitol Hill - that way we definitely get the media involved.
I am willing to fly to DC if we get enough people to join - need 75 or more.
-
I am on board.
But the timing is not going to work in our favor - most of the high ranking officials are either already on vacation OR going on vacation starting Monday, 12/23.
I know this is hard for all of us, but my humble suggestion is to postpone this letter till Tuesday, Jan-7-2014.
We know that USCIS have started adjudicating May applicaitons (and they are doing this out of order); so there is a peace of mind (to some extent) that they the pendulum has swung in our way; although I agree that this change in processing-time from 7.4 to 8.7 is complete BS from USCIS.

Regular transfer.
-
I got my 3rd email/text-msg today, as well.
The reason hard-copy of transfer [to NSC] showed up before the 3rd email/text-msg is because I am local to Lee's Summitt, MO.
-
hey,I didnt receive any RFE..but got this yesterday!
Post Decision ActivityOn December 13, 2013, we shipped this approved or re-affirmed case to the Department of State for visa processing. For more information, please contact them directly.
Congrats FzDurrani.
To which service center (NSC, CSC, TSC) your case was transferred and when?
-
I got my third transfer notice a couple of days ago.
I also received the hardcopy transfer stating that my case was transferred to California Service Cernter.
I wonder how long it will take to be processes!! Anyone got it to the same place?
My understanding from reading threads on VJ is that CSC is the fastest of the 3 - congrats.
-
PD is May 14. No transfer yet.... :'(
Don't worry, it is just a matter of time. They are not transferring (or approving) in any order; I know some late May filers got transferred before mine, even though they were not expedited.
-
My applications (i-130 and i-129f) were transferred on Dec 3. Last night, Dec 12, I received a message notifying me that both applications have been approved.
I still can't believe it. I was in shock. I re-read it over and over making sure I wasn't hallucinating/dreaming. I'm so happy.
For all those who are still waiting, hang in there. Its tough... I hope you get your approval soon!
@mkrm: which service center your case transferred to?

NSC is processing I-130 for IR-1/CR-1.
Here is the main thread on NSC: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/470690-nebraska-service-center/
You also might wanna check this: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/470656-monthly-transfer-spreadsheets-in-order/; these spreadsheets have information on applications transferred to the 3 service centers (CSC/NSC/TSC).

Good luck.
