  1. Embassy must have received my packet 3 today (7 Nov) cos my CEAC status update date changed. Hopefully not too much longer till I have an interview date fixed! This is giving me heartburn lol.

Good luck on your interview good.gif

Waiting for my Case number yet

  2. Yes, you can use that co-sponsor because he is USC but I am not sure if Manila embassy will accept co-sponsor, really no harm trying!

You can get a letter from employer stating your job, when did you start working and state that you are Permenant or not..

I don't think you can take into account of cash job because it is not recorded in W2? Do you pay taxes for your cash job? Do you make enough for poverty on your cash job?

  3. If you can find a co-sponsor! It is not a red flag! Its just that you will need to find a co-sponsor

Do you have enough evidence? Hotel receipt, passport stamps, boarding pass?

From filling to interview takes like 5 months so you can build evidence like chat logs and phone calls.. I think you will be fine!

Hope other experienced VJ-er could enlighten you further on this matter

  4. I tried to email the clinic in Kuching to ask them what they need To schedule to medical but my email was rejected. sad.png called DoS to ask for the case status, not much luck either.. Week 6 of waiting.

You will need the interview date before you can schedule for medical. Have you applied for your COC?

  5. Sorry I wasn't clear enough.

Yes this is for meeting in the past 2 years. We have boarding passes from our Moscow trip, and I have my boarding passes when I flew to Astrakhan her home city. We also have Hotel confirmation for my Russian visa that we stayed in during Moscow last week as well as a printed receipt from the hotel.

I just also wanted to include withdrawals and purchases on my debit card and credit card to give them everything. So that there is no chance for an RFE. I am wanting to make this go as smooth and quickly as possible.

I got my NOA2 without RFE by submitting, passport stamps, online booking, email confirmation, B2 visa on my passport, pictures being together, letters written by landlord that says we rent the place together for 6 months.

I did not send my credit card purchase information (planning to take it to the interview with me), in fact I forgot to add all these when putting my I-129F together.

    Hope that helped

  6. This is from my understanding after being here for quite a bit.

I think India is categorized as the high fraud country? - I maybe wrong about this one!!

CO will be a lot stricter in high fraud country.

    1. Co-Sponsors need to be LPR or US citizens. So, your father who isn't one could not be your sponsor.

    2. Beneficiary being able to sponsor themselves only apply to consulate in London.

    3. If petitioner wants to use assets to make up for the balance of the pay stub/ITR, it is going to be 5x the value. If petitioner make $18k annually and the poverty is $19k for 2 then petitioner need to have assets of $5k worth then you will be okay.

Hope other senior members or people who have more experience with this matter could further clarify this matter.

    Good luck on your journey.

  7. Our I129f petition has made it to the HK consulate (where Pinay beneficiary is). She has received the papers and it is time for me, petitioner, to respond with the electronic submission of the Cenomar from the Phil. NSO sent to US HK Consul. I just became aware that she is married. She didn't think that the marriage at the church was recorded about 25 years ago, but it is on the NSO records. The marriage lasted only a couple years and he is remarried. Annulment should not be a problem, except for cost. I do know that annulment may be the only option. But I don't know the length of time I have to reply to the HK consulate, I don't know if I can be granted an ext., I don't know my options.

I might be wrong about this.

BOTH of you need to be free to marry DURING the I-129F filling.

According to the line highlighted in red, she is still married as of now? Sorry, I may be confused by your wording.
