Are you the only K-3 active on this thread? I might add a column for K-3 (to see if this has any bearing on time frame)....
I'm also thinking of adding a column with ARN date? I think it might be helpful for others to gauge how soon a decision is made once the number is assigned?

DACA renewals better be handled by NBC! NOT service centers!

Also, if NSC wants their Feb numbers look better than sh*t, today is their last chance to fix it! come on NSC, start approving!!!!

I am so DONE with this winter! Apparently more snow is expected tomorrow!
Luckily, Minneapolis has a pretty large British population here so most things in England can be found here. Even the passive, nonchalant attitude LOL (I'm not from Minnesota, so it's taken getting used to)! I think my husband will adjust just fine

I have to work part of the time he's here. I just look at it as a precursor to what life will kind of be like once he's here.
He's also going to help shovel some snow as I'm completely buried in it up here in Minnesnowta

Hey ya never know. I can just imagine them now, caressing and holding onto our files ever so gently, never wishing to part from our magnitude of awesome.
    Behold our beloved USCIS agents:

And the guy who is attempting to run away with our files and money forever, whisking them away to never be parted again:

So my only input today is that I looked at the spreadsheets from April-sept, and we can see that:
-April: quite a few went to nebraska however looks like they're pretty much done with those.
-May: again many to nebraska but looks like they are getting through them decently.
-June: they are DEFINITELY well begginning into June. There are a few approvals through.
-July: not a crazy amount sent there and we've seen one at least go through (today).
-August: not many at all seem to be there.
-September: not many shown at NSC as of now.
-October: this one a little hazy since it's when transfers stopped I would say there are some though.
-November: a LOT of us there. We can see there have been approvals but they were Philippines expedites and a few randoms (?)
    -December: same as November.
Again this is only a sample of the volume there really is since I'm drawing conclusions from what people put on VJ. There are plenty of petitions who aren't on VJ as well.
If you guys see the spreadsheets and come to any other conclusions let me know!
I do think this is a good start. If April (for the most part) is finished and half of May, and June is underway.. They just have those two to finish off, some July, then very few July-September, they'll be on October! Let's hope these numbers are a good representation of what's really happening.
    Stay strong everyone

You guys will not get transferred cause your files went to the service centers directly from the Lockbox.

    So it's Lockbox-> Service Center
That's the way it used to be up until August 2012 when USCIS started sending them: Lockbox-> NBC-> local office (that was a disaster)
All the transfers you're seeing do not apply to you. They apply only to people whose cases were sent to NBC and have been collecting dust for many, many months.
Petitions filed after end of Octoberish are being sent directly to: California Service Center, Nebraska Service Center, Texas Service Center and Vermont Service Center.

We filed in May. We were transferred to Nebraska in late Dec. We were told our case was being processed and we would here a decision or asking for more info. within 60 days as we ALL heard.
It is passed the 60 days. I came to visit my husband a few weeks ago in the US. We are now going to see a lawyer on march 5th to see if we can do an adjustment of status since I am here.
I would like to request that if you have any negative comment about not being able to file an AOS while I am here please reserve your comments.
Over my 10 months of waiting on this site I have seen the barrage of banter on the subject.
I will wait and see what the lawyer advises and take it from there.
Fingers are crossed that one way or another things will come together soon.

We applied in July, but our 60 days are also due in the end of February. However, from my husband's experience it's absolutely useless to call them. It looks like they just have a list of bullshit excuses. Nobody ever knows anything. Nobody knows their phone number. Nobody knows what month they are processing. Nobody even knows a goddamn address of that place.

Ok so I was transferred to NSC center as well. Not the happiest person in the world .
On a brighter note, I spoke with Tier 2 and I have so say she was one of the few IOs who was quite helpful and informative. She basically told me that the file was received at NSC today and I should see some activity (NOA2) with my case in the next 30 days as they are aiming to get back to 5 month processing time sooner than later (so I guess they realize that the clock is ticking for them). I also showed that I was little unhappy as so why it went to NSC and not any of the other two centers. Her response was as we are expediting the process, the file should be assigned to an immigration officer within 30 days irrespective of where it went. From what I am seeing, none of the August filers went to NSC so as soon as we see some activity in July thread for NSC transfers we can be next one in the line. Also - as I was typing this message, I saw someone with July 17 NOA1 (NSC) did see some activity on the case.
The bottom line is, it may not be as bad as we both are making it out to be. Think about it, most of the July/Aug went to CSC (70%)/TSC (~30%) and many of those applications are yet to be approved. So if we were also transferred to CSC or TSC we might have ended up waiting for same amount of time as NSC...Again I could me wrong but that is my own analysis. Stay strong!

Guys, Im just playing devils advocate here, but is all this analysing and predicting and worrying a lot of you are doing actually making things worse for you? Isnt it just adding to your stress levels? I keep reading this thread because, just like everyone else, I want this awful process to be over and done with, plus I want to hear how everyone else is getting along and coping etc...but at the end of the day, surely 'whatever will be will be'. USCIS isnt going to work any faster than it can, or wants to, and they're going to transfer the cases to wherever they see fit, regardless of how much we analyse the situation and try to predict whats going on. This is a waiting game, pure and simple, and I think thats pretty much all any of us can do. I will keep on reading this thread because I want the same outcome as the rest of you, and because each day its great to see more of your cases being transferred, but admittedly, reading most of the recent posts increases my own stress levels. Im desperate to get my NOA2, because at least I will know theres been some movement, but whether my case goes to Nebraska or California or the USCIS outpost on Jupiter, thats totally out of my control, and all I can do is wait. Believe me, I absolutely understand how stressful this process is, but having read the entire thread - particularly the last 3 or 4 pages - Im concerned that some of you may be adding to your own stress, when you already have more than enough stress to handle.
