I got this notification few hours ago. "On May 28, 2013, your address was changed relating to the I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) that you filed." DId you get this notification anytime when USCIS found out that your case was sent to NRC instead of NVC?

Did your address change at all and you let them know of it? I did not receive such a notification from USCIS. In fact, USCIS never e-mailed us directly notifying that they sent our case to NRC. Upon pushing the congresswoman to follow-up, USCIS e-mailed the congresswoman to give them 30 more days (that was early this month). They only said they inadvertently sent our file to NRC and are having the box shipped to NVC, which had our file in it. Call them at your earliest convenience and questio...

No, I didn't change my address. Actually USCIS didn't tell me about NRC. It was my senator's office who told me about that. But this morning I called USCIS to check on a service request which was opened last week. During the call this morning they told me that my petition was never sent to NVC. They will resend it and it can take up to 60 days. So basically I got 2 different answers today. :-(

I would suggest you to give them a call tomorrow morning and speak to a supervisor. Ask what this notification meant and clarify about your file status. USCIS people are usually all over the place. One person tells you to wait 90 days, another tells you to wait 30 days. So they themselves don't know what they are doing. It is frustrating to deal with them. Probably the worst government service agency in the whole world. Good luck to you!
