The next page after choosing a location has details for setting the appointment and printing out the confirmation page.
(I used Manila for checking it out, of course choose a location better suited to you)

Ron&Jen reacted to Hank_ in Question Regarding bank statements
First things first. For the Philippines bank statements are NOT required if you income is adequate to meet and/or exceed the I-864P Poverty guidelines.
The Manila embassy instructions letter states MAY, not required... Can you include them? Sure. Will it make a difference? No, not really, being your income meets the requirements on its own. What the embassy does want is your most recent tax return, with supporting documents of your; W-2s and recent pay stubs... and you MAY include a letter from your employer... MAY.
For the complete process in Manila click the link in my signature below this posting. It covers everything from NVC to NAIA (airport) when your fiancée flies "home".
To access your timeline, click the TIMELINE in your profile from any post your made. From there look for a shaded box near the top, it will have EDIT/ADD MY ENTRY, click that and you can update details of what country, dates for your NOA1, NOA2 and so on....
    All the Best,

Ron&Jen reacted to Hank_ in Income requirement on 1099
Income is income, taxable or not, as long as you have documentation (1099, W-2, etc), taxable has nothing to do with it.. If you have income to meet or exceed the requirements as listed on the I-864P there should not be an issue.
Some people have zero taxable income and do not file tax returns even, yet they meet the requirements of the I-864P to satisfy USCIS.... so no issue.

Ron&Jen reacted to Hank_ in Is this NOA1??
I know its not on my NOA1 and I didn't receive any further correspondence from USCIS until the NOA2, maybe those that get an RFE have an A number on it as their petition is finally out of the box and in processing.

It does not vary and you misunderstand the requirement. You satisfied the requirement.

Yep. That's just if you have a lawyer doing it (most commonly).
