Yes I Did!! If you would like read my earlier post bout Ssn and drivers license post. I think it's on page 34. it went very well. When I got there they told me I was clear in their system. And yesterday I got my actual card:)

Today I got the "we mailed your card (EAD)" email & text. Do you get the tracking number the same day?

Yes I personally got the tracking number the same day. But it was later at night around 8 p.m. Your EAD is on it's way.. how excitinG:) wohoooo

If you have time to call I think you have nothing to lose if you call. I would call for sure, but they might tell you that your local office is busy and that's why they didn't schedule you guys yet. Good luck and let us know how it goes. Hope you get good news:)

I know there were couple of you having trouble at the social security office and they sent you home to wait 4 weeks cause the EAD is too new. And also had trouble getting a driving license. Just wanted to share my experience with you all hope it helps:

The day after I got my EAD card I went to the social security office. They usually say wait 10 days before you go, but I couldn't wait. I was desperate to get my driving license as soon as possible. I received my card on 4/11/2013. On my EAD the date was 4/3/2013 and I went to the office on 4/12/2013. It was almost 10 days, but not yet. I printed out and fill out the form from the internet on the social security website. Went there and the guy just asked for my passport and my Ead card and the form. He said everything was fine in the system and I should get my number in 2 weeks. I told him I want to get my driver license and if he could give me any kind of documentation. He said I could come back on Tuesday cause they need 48hours to have my number in the system and they can give me a print out then that has my number on it. So I did go and got the print out with my number.

After that headed to the DMV. She only needed my EAD, SSN (I only had the print out) and 2 proof of my address. My other license expired for 11 months which was from a different state. I gave her that too. I was wondering if they will make me take the written test again. But I only had to do the eye exam. There was no problem and now I have my driver license. Wohooo.

I wish, I didnt even get the interview letter.

Stay positive:) You will get your EAD delivered either today or tomorrow:) I know how you feel i checked usps website every hour and wanted to see where it was at. I was surprised that It was in Kentucky for a while, but the next day I got it delivered.

It has been 16 days since my status updated to testing and interviewing.

No worries you will get it soon. It took us to get an interview date 15 days after they updated to testing and interview. It might be because your local office is busy. It's going to happen soon:)

I think I jinxed myself saying everything was moving quick. It's been 14 days and still says interview and testing on I485.

Don't worry mine took 15 days after testing/ interview stage to get an update on the interview date. You will get it soon. I know it's hard to be patient this time, but it will happen soon. You will see:)

EAD is mailed how much time does it take to be deliverd?

Usually 2-3 days, but you will get an update soon on the website with the tracking number and then you can track it yourself. Mine should be here today:) So exciting:)

The same just happen to me .. First text saying my card was in production on April 4 n today I got the same text again.. Can't wait for them to mail it already!!!!!!!

No worries. They just sent me this morning an email update that they mailed the card:) so probably tomorrow you will get the update that they mailed it to you as well:) It happened to some people.

Hello there. I haven't had any RFE's, but didn't get any update on my EAD for a long time. It was in initial review up until April 3rd. Then on that day I got our interview date for May 6th in an online update. An hour after I got an update that my EAD card was in production. I was so happy. But then yesterday (April 8th) they sent me an e-mail again that my new EAD card was in production. I think I am not the only one here who got two e-mails with two different dates about the production, but still very stressful and can't wait for them to send me the update that my card is in the mail:)

I will definitely give you an update when I get my card or hear anything else about it. We are still in the 90 day period to receive the card tho so we can't really complain. If you were to receive yours let me know as well:)

Strangely, our date for when the EAD card was ordered has changed from March 27 to April 1... Not sure what that's all about. Still no update on AOS though.

I have a quick question for you. It just happened to me as well that they sent me an update on April 3rd that my EAD card was in production and today April 8th I got an update again that my new card is in production. Did they send you an update as well when they have mailed you your card? Or after that it just came in the mail? I am so anxiously waiting:)

Congrats. Have you received another update that they mailed the card yet? Mine went to production on April 3rd and haven't heard anything since yet. I am hoping for something this week.

hi,, well I think we are in almost the same situation except the fact that my husband didn't file 2012 tax b/c he is student, but I think that my co- sponsor did,, It's just that I don't wanna ask him unless I have no choice..!!

anyway, am waiting any updates from you regarding your lawyer's reply

Hey hey. Yea she responded and she said that even though my father in law wants to file for extension I should have a copy of the extension or the taxes he files. Just better to be safe cause our interview is way past after April 15th when taxes due and on the interview letter it says most recent year tax needed for co sponsors. I say you sleep better if you know you have that with you as well. I know it is annoying to ask for stuff but believe you will be more confident at your interview:) hope it helps. Good luck to you

Hi. Just sent an e-mail to the lawyer. I will let you know what she says. I also wanted to let you know that I think I misunderstood you because my situation is a little bit different. So my sponsor is my husband of course but he didn't meet the guidelines so I needed to have a joint co sponsor that is my father- in- law. And my husband did his taxes for 2012 and my father-in-law is trying to file for extension. But anyways I will let you know what her answer is.

i have a question. my interview is scheduled for April 24th. I have filed early in February using 2011 tax return and i never got a RFE. is it possible that i will be Rfed at the interview for the 2012 tax?? i am asking because i am using a co- sponsor and it's not easy for me to ask him for extra documents unless the are mandatory!

That's a very good question cause I am having a co-sponsor too and he is not planning to file soon cause he wanted to file for extension on his taxes. I will ask my lawyer and I will get back with you. Let me know if you hear anything.
