    Hi... I am a Florida filer.i live in Bradenton and I did have to go to Tampa for my biometrics. I did my fingerprints September 6th but haven't heard anything since then. But I do have an IOE number so I guess I have a lot more to wait to get that interview scheduled?

    Hello August Filers, is there a way for me to track the August filers that are living in Florida, I am in Southwest Florida and just had biometrics done yesterday at the Fort Myers Application Support Office. IF I understood correctly, there will be an office in Fort Myers that will be doing other services (hopefully the Interview?) so that our area would not have to go to Tampa. Does anyone know more about this? Also I would like to follow Florida timelines if there is a way to do this. Thank you! I received my noa on Sep. 7 and had my biometrics was scheduled for October 7. I walked in one day early. Good luck to all Florida and East Coast people dealing with Hurricane Matthew today.

    Hi there:) I am in Bradenton and they sent me to Tampa for the field office. I guess we are doing the waiting game now. My fingerprint appointment was kind of a nightmare. So many people and they were quiet slow that day ?But it's all done now ?

    OK after receiving NOA on Sep. 7, I see online that my fingerprinting appointment has been mailed! I will have to wait to receive the hard copy to know the date and location! I'm near Sarasota, Florida, and online the field offices show both Tampa and Fort Myers for offices.

    Strange thing happened yesterday (Saturday 20th) I got my NOA in the mail along with the instructions how to create an online account. And at night I was feeding my 8week old baby at 2 am and I got an email that they updated my account. I went on there and it said they scheduled my biometrics and will be receiving it in the mail. I was so surprised to get that update that time of the day and especially on the weekend but super happy that at least I will be getting my appointment soon.

    I haven't received the NOA in the mail yet. I am still waiting for it. And my check was cashed on Wednesday morning. I am guessing it will be here soon. And I am so excited to receive the fingerprint notice as well. But someone told me here that it can take up to 1-4 weeks to get the fingerprints scheduled. Yea it's scary when you can't trust the mail man. We have recently moved and changed my address and some of our mail still gets delivered to the old address. Stressful. Good luck to you.

    I see, thanks! I asked because they cashed my check yesterday, so I was wondering if I could get some notification too soon...

    My initial submission arrived on a Friday, one day earlier than my earliest filing date, so they sent the package back the following Tuesday, and it arrived in Los Angeles on Thursday. My second submission arrived in Phoenix this Monday, so I thought that means I'd have the Receipt Notice today, but it didn't come. I'm kinda worried about my postman because he has delivered our bank statements to a neighbor in the same community twice before... I don't want to miss the Notice because of that...

    Hi there. I signed up for the e-notification by filling out the g-1145 form and put it in the package that I sent.

    I've never heard USCIS sending e-mail/text notification upon their recept of an application before, unless we later sign up for it online ourselves after we receive the Receipt Notice in the mail. Does it only happen to people who filed an E-Notification Request Form along with their N-400? Or it happens to all N-400 applicants as long as they provide USCIS with an e-mail address and/or cellphone a number on N-400 itself? Thanks.

    I was in a similar situation, but the email came within 24 hours: i received a notification from my credit card company that the charge was made 9 PM on Thursday, and the notification from USCIS came i think around 4 pm the next day. I believe the form actually says "within 24 hours".

    Hi you all.. Just wanted to write about my case just in case someone is worried how I was the whole time until today. December 18th I received the approval letter in the mail but no update online at all. I was wondering if they will ever update it or not and how am I going to know about my card. But today January 6th I got an update that they ordered my card and it is in production on January 5th and will mail it out. I was worried myself sick and thought it got lost in the mail. I hope I will receive the card soon and this nightmare will be all over. I think they just didn't work throughout the holidays and just started back on with everything. Good luck to you all.

    Hi Guys... Good news they updated their processing time for Vermont and it says as of August 31st they were doing march 2nd 2015 filers... I think we are all coming up soon. Fingers crossed.

    Hi Everyone!!

    I applied 3/28/15 and got done my biometrics on 4/23/15 since then I didn't hear anything and the online update still is just saying that my case was received. I live in Florida so I sent my package to the California Service Center but the receipt with the 1 year extension was coming from the Vermont service center. I am confused how did that happen. But this waiting game is just not fun. I hope we all hear from them soon.
