Expect to send out like 100 resumes before getting a job unless you have highly in demand skills. Check out temp agencies, you can often transition positions from them into permanent work.

There is a guide on the US Embassy website: http://cambodia.usembassy.gov/getting_married_in_cambodia.html

No caps/bold please.
A Tourist visa may not be impossible. My wife and her sister had multiple tourist visas growing up when her mom was living in the U.S. but she was residing with her father outside the country. If you can afford it it may be worth trying.
Also - not really a great answer - but Romania is likely to join the Schengen Area in a few years, and as it continues to reform in line with that it will likely become eligible for VWP at some point. Off the top of my head I think Poland is the only Schengen Area country that hasn't become eligible for VWP. Even if it does it's not guarantee of entry, but may make things easier.
Is the daughter yours?

It sounds like this is not necessarily a positive thing (but at least someone is looking at it now). I have seen these pop up now and then, it sounds like there is often some sort of red flag that triggers them wanting to discuss things with the petitioner further. People rarely seem to post a follow-up (so please do!), but it sounds like they often just want to probe some things further - possibly relating to your earlier K1 petition?

You just have to keep calling - it sucks. Try very shortly after the phone lines open, or close to the end of their daily time.

Submit photos of you together, photos of you and her family if possible, her with your family if possible.
I also submitted copies of some skype transcripts (I like skype log view) and other communications.
Do you have a 401k? Investment of any kind? Life insurance through work? You could set her as a beneficiary on these and submit copies of documentation showing that.
Do you have any bills in your name sent to that address?

As far as being able to sponsor, I think my regular job will slide in under the wire having looked at the charts on the USCIS web-site. I do not know how the Gallery will perform as to income nor whether the USCIS will even consider it as a liability or an asset. Also don't know if they will consider her rent income from Mexico.
I don't know how you've set up your gallery business - my guess is it would probably be considered a hobby at this stage, even if your intent is to make a profit, and that may eventually be the case:

http://www.irs.gov/uac/Is-Your-Hobby-a-For-Profit-Endeavor%3F
Your concern is likely to be how your income is reflected on your taxes - does it meet the threshold for 3 people?
Unsure about her rental income - but my assumption is no - that part of the process focuses on your income/earnings. Also - I believe you said she WOULD rent her place out when she moves - it is not currently rented so probably couldn't be used if this was even allowable.

Usually travel insurance is bought before the trip, not during when it is known that she is ill.
They usually stipulate no coverage for pre-existing conditions.

That sounds shady as hell... it sounds for like 100 Euro you could have easily gotten the necessary visa for a short term business trip, depending what you were doing.
-
You can travel up to 90 days to Morocco without a visa as a U.S. citizen - and it looks like tourist visas also only cover 90 days. So you would need a more long term visa to stay longer than that unless you also had Moroccan citizenship. I don't know the specifics of why they were declined the flight, but they likely would have been declined entry if they were allowed to take the flight.

As far as abortion - do what you want, don't listen to people on here telling you what to do one way or the other - get a better lawyer though, and thoroughly consider the outcomes of having the abortion/not having the abortion given your circumstances.

It seems crazy to go through such a long process in the off chance they deny her

Beyond the required documents I sent maybe 10 pictures, some just us, some with family. Then copies of her as my beneficiary on 401k and life insurance, our joint credit card account statement, some copies of western union transfers I had sent her while she was looking for work in Europe (letter explained we wanted to move elsewhere in Europe, but were unsuccessful - some recommend not sending western union receipts), some skype transcripts, and a copy of some travel documents from our wedding trip. Our I-130 was approved.

Why are her choices live with parents or be homeless? She is 23, she can move anywhere in the lovely country of Canada and get a job in the meantime. Or get a part time job and continue school and find her own place. There has to be student housing in Toronto since so many universities are there. Room shares, things like that. Time to grow up
Edit: Here is a private room for $425/a month. Not bad. http://toronto.en.craigslist.ca/bra/roo/4391391308.html
$500 private room with a private bathroom. http://toronto.en.craigslist.ca/tor/roo/4391346123.html
That's in Canadian Dollars too.
OP appears to be from Atlanta - dirt cheap compared to a lot of cities - not to mention she was probably hosed by the awful exchange rate when visiting.

I knew a guy from Pakistan when I was studying in England. Turned away from Islam over there and became atheist. He attempted to get asylum after his course was done, returned home, was harassed/threatened for being an apostate... eventually fled to Tajikstan.

It really is a wait and see thing. Look at Egypt. They wait upwards now 8 months for interview. If it becomes too bad it will be like Syria they can go to Yemen to Interview.
I thought Syria was being processed in Amman, Jordan - with some things in Beirut?
I imagine you'll probably see a spike in requests - making it take longer to get an interview as dwheels has mentioned. There's no guarantee that the U.S. embassy would close in the event of an invasion anyways. The closure of the embassy in Syria wasn't necessarily just because of the threat of the conflict/civil war - it could just as much have been a snub against the regime.
You may want to look at Georgia as another example - it's a country the U.S. supports, Russia invaded, I believe our embassy was open during the crisis and functioning relatively as normal. There are some accusations that Russian intelligence set off a bomb near the embassy in Tbilisi - so it may not be the safest situation. The U.S. may pull out family of staff members, they may not be able to rapidly deal with an influx of consular matters, and American citizen services would likely take priority.

Can we still fix this? I told him but he never listen to me. He listen to the tax lady because that is her job.
Unless he's going to an actual accountant, a lot of these tax preparers work part time around tax season and have very little training.

I just had my I130 approved. I had intended to include facebook logs (we have something like over 100k messages on facebook messages at this point) but the files were so large my work computer couldn't handle them. I ended up just including an intermittent skype log - maybe every 5th page of a printed skype log showing our messages/calls on there. This and our initial online dating dialogue for the couple weeks before we met in person were all I included for evidence of communication between us.

I just read in the news that the E.U. is planning on allowing Ukrainians to travel to all countries that are a part of the E.U. without visas. I have read there are countries that have lower cost of living then U.S. and a better lifestyle. Look into it, also what about becoming citizens of one of them countries for a chance to move to U.S. easier.
Travel doesn't necessarily mean settle as permanent residents - and even if it did, it probably wouldn't enable her to bring him to the EU. Her being a citizen/permanent resident of another country shouldn't impact the speed of things. I can't imagine they're going to expedite visas from Ukraine unless an actual war breaks out.

Received approval notice from NSC today

Immigration should usually be a qualifying event due to change in residency of your spouse and I assume the loss of their insurance (since many countries people will be coming from have national health insurance plans).

Do you mean NOA2? Or did you just get your NOA1 notifying you they received it?
If it's not a financial hardship and you want the convenience, I see no problem using a lawyer. However, there doesn't seem to be any real need unless your case will require a waiver, or there are some potential red flags that a lawyer familiar with the process may help guide you through.

This is what I am referring to. And I know it's hard we are all going thru this. Just praying that we get done with it fast. But most of the hard part is over. Now it's our time inshAllah.
I don't think you understand what those numbers really mean. They are a very, very small sample of the total number of petitions that were transferred to the service centers for processing. Saying there are only seven left or something doesn't really mean anything. Each service center likely had thousands of petitions from June to process. Looking at the percentage completed MAY give some meaning to their progress, but you are viewing such a small sample that it is likely misleading.

If you want to get away from IT - consider just going to a temp agency in your area for just general office jobs. You can try different things, and will probably get a permanent offer at some point - it's good if you want to work while retraining for another field.
