Op what happened after the interview still want yo know the result of her situation

So my husbands EAD change to card production. On Monday 15 of September than again this morning I received email notification from uscis that it got card production on the 16 of September so am kind of confuse if any one has experience this pls share thanks

so when you send your AOS did you attached the E-NOTIFICATION application or just you waited 16days for the NO1 till it came to your mail ?

good. so can you please share with me how you make you $1070 payment one check or you divided?

We sent our AOS on May 2 it was received on May 5th 2014 and nothing from them since than WE called the USCIS So many times and they keep telling us wait 10 days and now its beyond that time and our check has NOT been chased

does any body know if this is normal timing

plus am sort of worried about how I make my payment we made a cashier check since money order wouldn't go beyond certain amount

can someone tell how how you make payment all in one $1070 or you separate? Am worried that could be the reason why they are not working our AOS

any one experience this please feel free to share

thank you guys all am wishing for all of you the good news comes very soon

my status updates were not very far from each other

it said refused for the time they wait to submit our renew medical

and as soon as they got it said AP for like 3 days and then it said Ready 2 days

and than back to AP in 2 days

than Issued

so we were like confused and than got the joy news Monday morning

on right next day Tuesday 8am my fiance was able to collect the visa package

so after all it was very smooth at the end

first I would like to thank god for the happy ending process

and also all of you Visa Journeyers who help me to answer my question and share experiences

our visa was issued after back and forth status changes like from AP-REFUSED-AP-READY-AP than finally ISSUED on march 17 and we got the visa right next day surprisingly on the 18 we had the visa on hand so now my dear is coming in 2 days

it feels surreal...

I wish you all in AP or other waiting process smooth process hang in there be patience and keep the hope up I know there are days that i used to feel sad but never hopeless

now the CEA page says Ready.the kind that says

" Your case is open and ready for your interview, fingerprints, and required documents. If you have already had your interview, please check your status after two business days. If no interview was required, please check back in two business days for the status of your application."

any idea of what this changing could lead

so when my fiance submitted his medical I called the embassy to confirm if they got it and they said they did on march 7th and we will issue his visa in this week but there is no issuance on CEA website I called again to ask if we can book a ticket not purchase of course and they said his visa is ready and will be ship soon to the DHL by Friday or Monday he should received an email from the DHL so am sort of confused I though it should say ISSUED before they ship the Visa to DHL

on Feb 6 the embassy called me telling us that our AP has been completed and my fiance needs to renew his medical to get his Visa... that was in Feb/6/2014 and till today my husband is unable to attend the IOM due to travelling issues but hopeful in a week he should be able to go to IOM and complete my question is could this litter bit delay cause to our visa issuance? or will they just go from there and issue our visa? anyone with the same experience or have idea please help... thank you in advance

DOS doesnt handle the k1s visa any more

Oh thank god They called me the "petitioner" since my fiance doesn't have a local number and i missed their call since it was 3am in my local time, but they left a voice mail saying your fiance's AP has completed and we need only the medical to be to renew so we can issue the visa

I talked to the embassy and they said our AP was over and they were getting ready to ussued our visa , after just an hour of my call they update on CEA website and said REFUSEF is it a computer glitch or Wat am so confused and I saw couple of K1s with the same situation pls give me some ideas

good congrats call them or have your spouse call the DOS here in Washington DC they will know their number is 202-485-7600 also check what your CEA page say after you put your case number

any way my fiance is in AP for like 7 months IN kenya Nairobi and no sign of update how long have you been in AP and how many updates did you get

congrats for the approval I don't know about this specifically, but I know they answer their phone in between 1pm to 3pm Monday Through Thursday and 9am to 1pm Fridays and I would recommend having the USC petitioner to call and give your correct contact information since this is how they will get in touch with you when your visa is ready or if any other reasons

So my fiancé had an interview on July firs at the NIrobi consulor sec he was missing an affidavit birth certificate and they put him AP he send it rite away in the second of July before he send the Ab they change both his case creation and status date to July 2 and his status says "READY" the kind that is short and about your case is open and if you have your interviws u will get your visa in two days kind... Than they recrive the missing DOC on the fifth and I call the fallowing Monday to insure and they said they have it the status change to AP rite after my call and since than the status and the date never changes it stuck to Ap and July 8th 2013 and whenever I call they say we working non it so what does not mean when there is no case update and you have mix massage Ap than READy

I know that I fire one so what I meant is to file the abundemnet law where the court demand the embassy to make a decesion after period of time.... Does it help is it true when the court make that order you will get either answer or visa in 60 days

Hi you all so my fiancé is still under AP since July 1 2013 and it makes all so frustrated so friend of mine told me if a lawyer help me to file a case to the court we will have a lagetimate answer or the visa issued in 60days so before I hire a lowyer I would like to get some oppoinion tha ms to you all

the best way to make an Medic Appointment in Kenya is to email to this email mrfnbommsc@iom.int

include all your Fiancee info name date of birth, his/her NRB case number and explain when you want so they can give you around the same time its very easy and legitimate

when I did mind as a petitioner i just said I need to make an appointment for my fiance and they email me back in view days with the appointments date and info
