I’m still with my wife, the one who brought me to the United States in 2013 on a K1 fiancé visa. We got married here, I waited my time, and today I’m a U.S. citizen. Everything started back in 2013 when I was in the Dominican Republic and she was living in NYC. Like everyone else, we began the immigration process without knowing much, and thanks to God and the forums, we learned a lot. My advice is: make sure you get well informed, always go to the official sources, don’t follow rumors, and be patient because your moment will come.
