They haven't been closed at all since summertime. So I don't know why this is still so slow, but praying it will be over soon! I talked to the supervisor yesterday and he said that he doesn't think they have started scheduling for March yet because they will usually contact the NVC and let them know.

Do you know when they stop scheduling for March interviews? I call daily and they tell me there is no interview yet.

Yeah I am sure they are slow on the draw they have been slow for way over a year. I remember this time last year folk waiting 2 to 4 months. It seem to always be something at that embassy.
Good they haven't started March. Lets pray that all you get in there.

Please everyone keep Egypt in your prayers. And lets pray for some peace and stability there so the embassy is first safe for everyone to go to interviews.

My wife had her interview today and was approved. They asked her a few questions and gave her the pink paper. Thanks to everyone here for their help.

Oh I didn't know it takes a long time to get an interview from Egypt too. I've been only waiting for almost 2 month but it still looks like I'm still gonna be waiting for awhile. I think we have no choice but to be patient ?. I hope we get good news soon!!!

Yeah I think they take up a lot of room too!! I just can't imagine waiting anymore. I have no idea when we will get the interview date. We had case complete on September 30th and have been waiting almost 4 months now with no letter All I want is the letter and I will be happy!!! lol But of course I will be patient.

I don't have favorites but when I see people waiting so long and finally get that Interview I have to tell it. Now no one tops Romainticminds waiting from August 2012 until June 1013 for interview but lets give a woooo whooo for.

For all that country and embassy has gone through this is a blessing. Praying the others on list here waiting for Egypt gets that letter this week also.

Confirmation receipt of what? If you mean the Visa process you wouldn't be sitting at the embassy if you didn't pay. Just bring evidence if you want of showing a bonafide relationship that wasn't sent in if you want. More evidence more pics like I said before this is the time you can bring everything and anyhow you want (just be organize). I know like Lagos they love pictures the more the merrier. So just be prepared and organized calm cool and confident we will be all celebrating with you soonish.
Now everyone be safe and have a great start to a new year and your hunnies will be home soon. Just think you are now days away from forever. Is that awesome or what!! I tear up just thinking of it.

Wow I hope you get caught! This makes me really sick! All of us are here waiting this lengthy process actually wanting our loved ones whom we sponsored to get here!
