Guys what should we do please help.... Wesent AOS packet on April 2 and acordingto usps tracking it was delivered April 8. I called money order today. it says that it hasn't been cashout yet and I called USCIS he said they don't have my papers yet. I see other applications newer than ours but they have received text already...

we sent moneyorder as well, you can't really check that i believe :/

I sent through money order (Western union money order) and I was able to call them if it has been cahout.. and said still outstanding meaning it's not cashout yet

We too sent packet April 2 and according to usps tracking it was delivered April 6. I called USCIS today and asked me to check bank if it shows cashout already. I called western union money order and they said, the money is not yet cashed out.. So we have to wait a little while.. I hope next week we will have a good news

HELP PLEASE...... We are planning to file for AOS already and we need medical since its been 2 years already since our i-194. My questions are the following:

1. What are tthe difference between: physical and vaccination transcription versus Vaccine Transcription only. Do I need both?

2. Anyone from Maryland who can give me a very cheap civil surgeon?

3. Those who late filed AOS did you file your AOS together with the medical?

4. What it means by, update i-2023. is this same as new medical for AOS?

NO!.... Although its up to your fiance if he will send you money or not but with regards to requirements in embassy. They will not ask that. What they ask is W-2, 1040, recent pay stub and employer certificate. These were the papers the consul asked me when i had my interview

It took us more than 2 years to file AOS. There was no problem though. But for her because she is preggy need to file it asap. She will need docs giving birth. Hospital will get SSN, etc... i think

I contacted USCIS, on this matter, for I was confused too. The change is only for immigrant visas and does not apply for K-1, being it is in fact a non-immigrant visa.

Correct me on this please.... I thought giving child support is only if your child is 18 and below. But this man is supporting more than 23 years? So your child/children are more than the age for support? How long can a man give child support then?

Means you must enter US before visa expires or before july 10, 2013. When you reach USA, you will have the 90 days to marry your fiance. They are different

I printed mine on short bond paper. Anybody did the same? You talk of regular paper. did you mean the same? A bond paper? Please clarify
