contacted my congressman regarding my I751 and i received a correspondence from them that the USCIS sent me RFE back in March but i didnt receive any correspondence from them. How do i know the contents of the RFE. Am so disapointed right now

please take everything u have with u. All the original copies passport, i94, marriage certificate, divorce decree etc. i mean everything. you can also take copies of all the forms u sent to them, this is just for precautionary. I did took everything with me and even made copies of everything i had on me.

well what i actually did was to get my social security number first and then apply for learners permit but i think u might have to take a theory test to start with

it all depends on your local office and i wont be surprise if they are one of the busy one. mine took 16 days and trust me, that 16days was like 16yrs waiting feeling. i think u are likely to get your date anytime from now. good luck

whao yours took about 80days, would that be the average time, i was told and heard some receive theirs ealier, whats ur take on this

You may not get the letter until after May 13, so I would recommend making an Infopass appointment as soon as possible before you move, if it's possible.
