We mailed the i129f packet Saturday!!! After a long gruesome experience with an immigration attorney from Houston we made the tough decision to cut our losses, fire her and do this ourselves! For anyone just starting if you hire an attorney please do research on them... They can slow your process down like ours was. Thankfully we are on our road to being together:) we will try to keep posting here for everyone.

Hie .. well I think depends of whom you hire. I have a great attorney and he's doing quickly papers and all. Me and my fiancé chose to hire one because my fiancé doesnt have time to do all papers, he's very busy. I think before you hire an attorney you should make some search to see if they are really good on it.
My lawyer sent the package on jan 31st and in 4 days we got the first NOA1.
