    I have a little bit of a confusion about packet 3. We have the items on the checklist already. So what's the next step? Do we send them in to the Embassy? Or just notify then that we have completed all required docs and wait for the interview date? Please advise, help!!

    Hi dandk, I read your Embassy review. Before scheduling an interview, do we have to send the documents to the embassy first or it will be submitted during the interview date? I'm confused! Help!

    Hi Brad, will keep you posted on the interview. I'm waiting on Tim's papers to arrive and Singapore police certificate since I have lived there more than 6 months. After that, we'll schedule the interview. Hetty can contact me personally if she wants. Wish us luck

    We filed last August, got the NOA1. And last time we heard from the USCIS, they are now having an officer to adjudicate the petition. That was August 4. I'm obsessing over this thing. how about you?
