@ missing her so
the last review for Malaysia was in august of last year, and yes, it does appear the time from the noa2 to the interview is about two months

@ missing her so
I would check the embassy reviews, they give pretty good details as to how long it may take for the case to be sent to the embassy.
I know the wait is about 1 to 2 months for Trinidad.

Im a early February filer. I hope for a noa2 by july but june would be better. I would love to have my fiancé with me by September!!

Hello,
It looks like this is happening to many who have filed in December and January, hopefully it means quicker processing for you. Good Luck.

I stumbled upon this thread and i think its fascinating. It goes to show that age is not a factor only love is. I'm 7 years younger than my fiancé.
Good luck to you all!!

Since Vermont has posted they are processing October applications and I am a February filer who had the expectation of being approved in 5-6 months, when can I begin "knocking on some doors". I am already 3 months in, if I hit the five month mark with no noa2 can I begin calling vsc? How long is to long to wait?

As a February Vermont filer this news makes me sad...
I see now how people contact their gov't representatives. We pay 340, we should get prompt service!!

My fiancé and I are also planning a courthouse wedding for a tentative October 12 wedding. I hope we get to keep the date. We are going to have a party for family and friends to celebrate our 1 year anniversary.
By the way I filed feb 4 and received my noa1 on feb 7th....ide like to think we are all halfway through this process.

Ive been taking it day by day and preparing for my fiancé to come to the states. This is the most focused I have been as the reality of being the sole provider for "two", at least for a little while, shall soon become reality. I have began couponing and stockpiled on many items we will need. In a addition I have put myself on a strict budget to pay down some of the bills ,put credit on other bills like rent and electric as well as saving for his AOS petition. Also, I have been researching for wedding venues and wedding dresses (which has been really fun). There is so much to do to make the time go by and lots to do to ensure the first few months wont be as rough as they could be. In the end it will all be worth it.

I recently filed my ki visa application in february. I have not seen my fiance since june 2012. I usualy seen him every year in june, but this year we were thinking of holding off on out yearly trip because we anticipate him being here in sept or october.
Also we wanted to set aside the money we would use to go toward the funds needed for his future AOS.
Will the USCIS look down upon our case if we dont see each other in more than a year?

Now that the December and January filers have been transferred, has anyone had the patience to call uscis to find out exactly where they are with processing petitions?
