We got our approval yesterday, we were in the 2nd batch transferred to TSC. Hoping the trip to NVC isn't rocky!
-
We received our NOA2 yesterday, I have my fingers crossed they'll work out this issue with forwarding to NVC. Is there a chance they're waiting on a large batch to be done before forwarding? We were in the second group of files moved to TSC.
-
We were also transferred on the 21st. Hoping the first batch processes quickly and we follow!!

I noticed a March just got approved. I feel as if I either filed too late (and didn't get moved to TSC) or too early (so we're not in the March list to help their averages). Aggravating all around!

It'd be nice if we could see easily on Igor's list which ones are TSC and no longer at VSC. I realize they don't want to change the center because it messes up the data, but there should be a note there. I'd like to see what VSC is doing since ours is still there.

I don't see how it can be reliable if the other is saying 64 months. I'm guessing that someone is tinkering with the data and it'll be accurate later on.

I don't think it'll impact us much if congress does pass it.. and I'm hopeful it does pass, even if it could impact my file. Our immigration system stinks and WAY TOO MANY people think it is easier than it is. How often have you guys heard, "just get married" and people think you get an instant green card? The average joe can't even up and move to the US if they wanted. It may hurt some coming later, but those in this thread (I think) are unlikely to see an impact.
Seeing the approvals from all over is odd. VSC seems to be alternating between Nov and late Feb. Mine is early Feb. -
I wish ours would have gone to Texas. I think they're likely to see a lot happening. Those left at VSC seem to be skipped for later ones to improve the average wait times.

I read somewhere that the files transferred to Texas were supposed to be done by the end of June. Is this not true? Ours wasn't transferred, we have an early Feb NOA1 but now I'm just hoping they don't process LATER ones for a better average and skip ours. I have a feeling the transferred ones will be better off, honestly.

noa1 on 2/7/13 - ours hasn't transferred and appears to still be at VSC.

I'm sorry to hear it isn't working for your AOS. That's my main concern is the K1 will go through but AOS will not.

My 2011 tax return is pretty low due to write-offs, etc.
My 2012 tax return is over the 100% poverty line but under the 125%. However, with child support it is over the 125%. How confident should I be this will work for the K1 and/or AOS sponsorship?
A co-sponsor is not available. I am self-sufficient and my business is making steady income. I am not sure if the 2013 return will be over 125% poverty line though it looks likely I will hit it.
We filed in late Jan so we're not expecting answers til Aug or so. I loathe the idea of having him go to the interview and get rejected, but it looks like the child support should make it work. I do have proof (court ordered and paid through the state due to garnishment of the ex -- alimony is also garnished).
Thoughts?

We started the end of January and received the NOA1 and the "alien number change" this month. He is coming from Wales. The hardest part about this has been seeing some of the SUPER fast NOA2s even for normal cases (like ours)... and realizing it's just luck when that happens. I figure we'll hear something in August.
Anyone from TSC K1 fiance please comment when you get a case number!!

Why would it go back to Vermont and then back to Texas?
