Went to USCIS site today and I'm APPROVED!!!!! PD May 21, 2012.

Use google to find the Congressman assigned on your area via zip code.

Every congressman has his/her own official website, you can reach them via the "Contact Us" button there.

Be prepared to send a copy of your NOA1 and a signed Casework Authorization Form (you can get this from the congressman's website).

The petitioner will have to send everything in either by snail mail, fax or email (depending on how your congressman's office prefers it).

My husband (petitioner) sent ours via USPS priority mail. It only took a day to be delivered to Rep. Becerra's office.

Thank God. USCIS have approved my NAO2.I checked today and it as been approved. My wife's PD is March 21, 2012, it takes about 14 months and 2 weeks.Pls what next after approver.

Guys, need your advise.

We had our interview earlier today (F2A), the consul only asked for my name and my wife's name, and said everything is in order and I should wait for my number to be called in the next window. He did not say the visa was approved or denied.

My number was then immediately called in the next and last window (releasing), he confirmed our names and asked if we already had the biometrics or fingerprint scanning, he then said everything is okay and I should just wait for the passport/visa to be mailed.

We then dropped the courier slip (2GO) at counter 69.

We went home and now I am worried and not sure if the visa was approved or not.

PLEASE HELP!

He did say you wait for your "passport/visa". I think your good. Just wait for the packet they'll be sending. Congratulations.

Just one Big Advice. when u call uscis usually people who answer at the first time they just take your requests . such as request for not getting letter or change address. nothing more than that.. .tell them I WOULD LIKE TO TALK TO someone in the second Tier department. That's what i do all the time... people in second tier can tell u exactly whats going on with your case and can even tell u when the letter was sent, why your case is in delay, when they are going to tranfer to the local office. etc.. REMEMBER 2-tier...i hope it helps

happy with the 10 week movement with NVC. I just wish to see some movement with USCIS too. seems like CSC is stuck at sept 2011 for a long time.

CSC processing time as of March 22, 2013 for Permanent Resident filing for Spouse or Child under 21 is still September 3, 2011.

Congratulations! That's good news specially to those being processed at VSC.

I was reading the processing time frame for CSC and noticed that it moved backwards from September 3, 2011 to October 4, 2010. Can anyone tell me why? I'm hoping its just typographical error on CSC's part. I would start it as a new thread but still don't have the required 5 posts to do so.

hello every one! my husband is going to the U.S tomorrow at 8 am (philippines) i am so mixed emotion right now. im happy because i know it's for my son's future but super sad as well because im going to miss my husband so much. like what i've aske before how long will it take for him to bring me and my son there? he is an immigrant and may i ask if he needs to be a citizen before he can apply for a petition or just being a gc holder is enough? and what kind of visa should we apply for? looking forward to your answers thank you all.

In my opinion, he gets his green card in a month or so, he can come back, you guys get married then he can file a petition for you.
