This is not a legitimate app, it's not government app.

I will stay away from it.

You say its not a legit app. The USCIS website status update notification service cant find my original receipt number they sent me? They did not notify me of any changes to my case as requested by me when I originally singned up for notification changes to my case. However when I downloaded the app it sent me an alert with a new receipt number that had been assigned to my case. I put that number into the legitimate Gov  USCIS site and it gave me the same response as the app sent me? The response reflect the same date on my original receipt number that the USCIS did not have a record of. How would the app know of that change (the new alert receipt number assigned to my case), unless it was directly connected somehow to the USCIS site. Maybe someone has contracted with them to lessen the calls for service or something. Like I said on the legitimate USCIS site when I log into my account there is no updated information but yet when I put in the new number the app sent me into the legitimate USCIS site, it gives me the updated information on my case? They have to be connected somehow?

  2. Thank you for the info.. I downloaded the app. On my computer when I put in my wifes receipt number it always comes back not found. When I downloaded the app there is a tab that says alerts. I clicked on alerts and it said my receipt number was changed. I was not sent a new receipt number. I am wandering if the receipt number was changed because I will be sent another receipt that is going to be assigned to the card production. This app is awesome. It send you alerts to simular cases that are being approved. Like this one..20170313_074550.thumb.png.653cd893d462bcfeaf41e81d95860d8b.png

  5. I think you misunderstood...They are already married, they married in the USA when they should have married in Mexico and then should have submitted the proper paperwork to bring her here. They (USCIS) know about the second entry that is what they are going to court on. I was giving the example because the above author is in the same type of situation. For me to suggest to get a good lawyer would be good advise to seek counsel, not condone an improper action.

  6. So you are suggesting that they lie about her US presence despite the 5 children, leave and marry in Mexico?

I know this is second hand information and therefore dubious but to suggest a good lawyer would condone such a course is beyond belief.

  7. I have a friend that married an undocumented immigrant here in the USA. 16 years and 5 children later they are still fighting the system (With a good Lawyer) to keep her here. He said he made several mistakes during the process and would do things different if he had another chance. To be short he said he would marry her in Mexico not here cuz marrying in USA then proves she still here illegally. In his case he is fighting to keep her here because of a second issue of entry illegally in the USA. In your case marry in Mexico apply for IR-1 / CR-1 Visa? The second time someone is caught illegally they will/can ban him/her for life. Your fiance has been caught once. You have to weigh your options rather than take the easy road.. first fix everything (With a good Lawyer) other wise face extreme consequences like my friend, he is awaiting trial in September to ban his wife for life or allow them to continue the process (16yrs later). Take care of it now you may have to sacrifice a few years apart/visiting instead of face the constant shadow over your shoulder...when they take your husband when you least expect it and deport him... Good Luck on your journey in Love...

  8. Do it ASAP before the K1 90 days expires...sooner the better just in case there are problems or RFE...They will want a copy of the court certified marriage certificate (Showing you are registered as married within courts that correspond with your state) not the actual marriage certificate, although I sent copies of both…. good luck

  9. Update...received this today...On June 11, 2014, your name was updated relating to your I290B, NOTICE OF APPEAL TO THE COMMISSIONER. .... and We reopened this I131 APPLICATION FOR USCIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT on June 11, 2014, and are now reviewing our earlier decision. and

Your Current Case Status for Form I765, APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION

On June 11, 2014, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you....Hope this is good news... :clock:

  10. Ok..update...after I called I got a letter for a Bio-they stated that the letter for the original Bio was returned unable to deliver...which was a lie..they never sent it....Got an Appointment for a Biometrics April 23, 2014... Meanwhile I got the denial notice via text email...April 23rd found out they denied it because they said they sent a RFE for to translate the Birth certificate back Dec. 2014...Never got a notice in the mail no email update no status update and when I called to check my status they never notified me of a RFE update..Just the denial notice.....April 24, sent off the RFE with a 129B motion to reopen cuz they I gave specific instruction to send all mail to my PO box cuz my mail box for the residence is 2 miles from my home (Rural)..They have been sending my mail to the rural box and it probably was stolen...However the Bio came to my PO box.. So I gave copies of my original face sheet stating all mail goes to PO. Box (and on the app it shows mailing address as my PO box) Sent a copy of the denial notice which shows they sent it to the Residence (in error) instead of the PO box. so I believe I have enough evidence showing that they sent the RFE to the wrong address. Contacted my congressman and senator for help. The part I dont get is that they can notify me of my denial 3 different ways but only sent me one notification for the RFE via standard mail (they should be sending this stuff by certified mail)...my latest case status shows.....On May 5, 2014, your Alien Registration Number was changed relating to your I290B, NOTICE OF APPEAL TO THE COMMISSIONER. Please check our website at www.uscis.gov for further updates on your case.

  11. AAAArrrrg….. I just got an e-mail stating the following....

On April 1, 2014, we mailed you a denial decision notice for this case I765 APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION. The notice explains why the denial decision was made and the options that may be available to you. If you have not received this notice within 15 days of April 1, 2014, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for further assistance. During this step the formal decision (approved/denied) is written and the decision notice is mailed and/or emailed to the applicant/petitioner. You can use our current processing time to gauge when you can expect to receive a final decision….

They denied the I-131 too with the same response? I filed the K-1 to AOS I-485, I-765, and I-131… In November 2013..I called two weeks ago to inquire why I had not received anything i.e. Biometrics etc… They said someone would contact me by 03-22-14… Nothing no contact…I have been following my status online and no updates no RFE no mail correspondence and then I get a letter of denial…DOES THIS MEAN THEY DENIED MY I-485 too. I have not received the letter yet so I don’t know what the reason is….Please help..any ideas?… Thx

  12. That does seem rather ridiculous that you can't speak to someone over the phone....most likely it was their error not notifying you about the interview..The same thing happened to us but luckily I started all the paper work from the online forms ahead of time. I also told her to go down and do the doctor stuff cuz they are very disorganized down there at the embassy. The doctor told my fiance she could schedule an appointment with her passport, 2 passport style photos, and her NVC number. The I-134 was the most time consuming... Don't wait for the forms to come to you start them now. All the other forms I 156, I 156 K, and DS 230 you can find on line. If she has to go to Santiago to schedule an appointment make sure that she schedules the doctor visit at the same time she is there. Have her take care of all that stuff while she is there. it takes 1 or 2 days to do that. That way when she returns she can pick up the medical packet from the doctor at 12:00 prior to the interview. Try calling 56-225856989 and speak to the person that schedule the appointments. Maybe they can put you in touch with the people that schedule the interviews. Explain your situation that you never were notified by the Embassy of your interview. I am willing to bet that they forgot to send your the packet. I have proof they didn't send mine and when I complained by e-mail a packet was sent out the next day but I had to investigate that, they didn't tell me. Three days before the interview they sent the packet? We still have not received it. She had her interview already and because I planned ahead everything went well but very stressed...hope this helps...good luck on your journey..

  13. ( Please help...My Question, will they turn my Fiance' away on the interview date because of no letter of invitation for her interview and because the following)= I called the NVC and I was told on Aug. 8th that my interview date was on the Aug. 23rd. 2013 at 4pm. I called back a couple of days later to find out when the packets were mailed. I was told by the NVC that they were sent Aug 6th (I think they were guessing cuz that is when the interview date was scheduled). 8 days later no packets. We started the process without the packets ahead of time in case there where problems. "Yes, lots of issues". My fiance' was at her doctor visit for the visa, that we scheduled without the packets. The doctor said the Consulate does not do interviews on Friday's which was Aug 23. The doctor's office called and was told that there was an error and it should be on the 21 of Aug. Aarrrg. Sent an e-mail out to the visa center for Santiago on Aug 14th asking why we have not received the packets yet. No response? Called the NVC on Aug 15th and found out that the packets were never sent out like I was told. The NVC told me the packets 3 and 4 were sent out on Aug 14th, hmmmmmm ya the same day I sent the e-mail stating we don't have packets, which they still have not responded to. So now we have an interview in 3 business days with no packets and no letter of invitation for the interview......Will she be able to get in for the interview? .....Thx for your help..
