Also, hey guys.. so, I applied for citizenship in July '17 and in a month, we are buying a new house and moving there. So, my address is changing. Right now my expected end date is April 2020.. by changing my address, should I expect timeline to move by another 2 years or so?? Any ideas?
If you are moving within Minnesota it won't affect the process, just make sure you update your address everywhere required with USCIS, and for your sponsor if required.
So something fun I learned today, if you assume getting an enhanced DL or real ID compliant DL will be easy after naturalizing, make sure your documents all have the exact same full name. Because one of my documents did not show my middle name I am now in an endless back and forth with the MN DVS asking for proof of name change where there is none.

Thanks. How about other folks who got interviews? Does the total time of processing include the 90 days before they were eligible for citizenship.
For timing you are going to want to go off the filing date as noted on your receipt notice. USCIS does nothing with the 90days before rules except check you qualify to apply for citizenship, and a lot of people aren't applying for citizenship the second they are eligible.

Have my Oath ceremony on November 13, 2018.

On 10/11/2018 my case status updated saying I was in line for the Oath ceremony. Haven't received anything else so seems unlikely I will naturalize before the election.

Had my interview last Wednesday and was told I was approved then. Hopefully I'll get an update soon, would be great to be able to vote in November.

N-600 doesn't seem to apply in your situation, one of the requirements is: "The child is residing outside of the United States in the legal and physical custody of the U.S. citizen parent, or of a person who does not object to the application if the U.S. citizen parent is deceased."
It seems the quickest way would be to file the N-400 and I-130, if the child gets their LPR before the N-400 is completed then they should become a citizen at the same time as their father.

its been almost 2 weeks since passing the interview. no update for oath notice yet. can't wait to vote before this November.
I hope those of us that interviews in September are able to naturalize before November.

Wish I had filed online. Looks like those applications are processing much faster.

By AOS do you mean Adjustment of Status? If so, how are you filing to adjust her status when your wife is not in the US?

I was told everything was fine and the same from the xray guy. The xrays are double checked and any blood work takes a couple days, everyone is tested for syphilis I believe and the rest depends on police certificate, questionnaire and the doctors recommendations.
So you will hopefully be given a good indication on the day. They will not follow up with you unless there are issues.
In relation to any pre-existing condition a report from your doctor is needed, setting out treatment and being monitored etc. If you have something like diabetes they will also want a copy of your most recent blood tests.
-
You need to bring your police certificate for the medical. They use it in part to determine what other tests are needed.

I did not have my DS-260 at the interview as I guess I missed that I should have it. I had an interview appointment letter which was enough to get me into the embassy and the CO never asked for it.
I would bring it, not worth hassle or even having to come back to save on a printing a piece of paper.

Personally, I think if the governement does allow me to bring my wife for a visit to the USA, I am not married in the USA.
You are married, it doesn't matter what you think that is the legal position.
As far as visiting goes it makes no difference that you are married, no special immigration status is given to the spouse of a US citizen unless they are both resident in the USA.

It can, ours took longer than 60 days (just). When we called after 2 months they said could be 60 business days

I wouldn't say 10 months for someone who filed in 2013 is overly slow by USCIS time frame, it is only more recently things have moved quicker. You should post your question here: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/469626-dec-2013-i-130-filers/
Can the petitioner contact their congressman? That seems to be the most effective way of getting things moving.

Congrats to you, is your status on ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSING now or went straight to ISSUED ?
AP although the guy at embassy said my passport would be on its way soon.
-
Had my interview today, approved.
Hopefully will get passport back soon.
-
So is there an answer to this? The items are clearly requested in the letter, do they mean just bring copies of the application that was already sent?
-
The new UK rules are outrageous. The process is quicker if you meet the requirements, good luck.
-
I'd submit it now anyway, the I-130 is a slow process and you can control the speed at the NVC to an extent.
You also have 6 months after visa issued to enter. Given that someone from Africa may find themselves in AP I'd apply now, that way you can be sure to be reunited after your 2nd anniversary and can potentially be together sooner if you so choose.

Had medical done today, Bond St station still closed so avoided going that way.
The staff were helpful and professional. Have to get more info from my GP as they forgot to include some blood tests referred to in their letter

I suspect this isn't an issue anymore as this topic is old and OP had their interview on March 12th.
-
The interview is scheduled after case complete. It sounds like the case complete will be after they review the documents.

As far as I know the only country that treats Green Card holders differently is Canada. Every other country it is based on the passport held.

What immigrant visa do you have in your passport? If you got an immigrant visa such as an IR1 you are able to work immediately, your stamped visa counts as a proof of your lawful permanent residency for 1 year.
