Do this call them and ask to be speak to a supervisor then they will transfer please call around 8am when they open to when they transfer you they will tell you to leave a call back number where by a supervisor will call you and then they will approximately the time they say they will call.. my wife used her number and i used my number so we both called them,,  dont give up

Do you think, it is better to wait until Feb 4 and call if I still do not receive it by that date or call asap?

No call and demand for a supervisor and demand for a fax copy ..  the supervisor told us to call back around 20, 21 22 of jan if we dot get the actual copy but we got it her oath was jan 26th

Give them a call,, my wife had this problem but we just waited after they told us to call toward the end of January and they will fax it us but we got it though.. you might have to check my topic and ue the dates to determine yours but i will suggest you call and ask for a supervisor

The letter was dated Jan 4th and mailed Jan 5th  so I will suggest you call them on the phone

Update: My wife received the oath ceremony letter today.. it came thru the mail..

My wife interview was in Long Island, NY but i doubt if she can walk in to 25 Federal Plaza?

I called today and they transferred me AND left my number so when they called back in 22mins or so she placed me on hold for like another  24 mins and end  up saying i should call my back on jan 19th then a supervisor will fax a copy and but she did confirmed  that the oath ceremony scheduled for the end of the month

I called this morning and the lady said nothing can be done until after January 13th 2017 so I called back again the lady said if I have a fax number they can fax it so I called back again with fax number they placed me on hold and the automatic machine asked for my phone number and it will be take 300  mins for a rep to call back.. ridiculous and they did not call back..

ME too though my wife did her interview on Dec 15th 2016 but when we got home the case status changed to Oath Ceremony Notice Was Mailed

I am getting worried my wife too my fingerprint since June 9th 2016 and no more update since then when i check her IOE, i get the following

I used https://www.uscis.gov/ to check the IOE number and it is still saying Biometrics Appointment Was Scheduled
