    Hello, I received word back from my senator after he contacted NVC and the US Consulate in Frankfurt. I was advised to contact NVC about withdrawing the my petition while the I-130 finishes its final stage of processing at the consulate. Question: How do I contact NVC and request my petition/application be withdrawn?

    The consulate will or can email you when they receive it. Probably more to do with me being paranoid about someone signing for the package. DHL went back and delivered at 10pm

    No type of tracking status. They did email me that they received my petition and are working on it.

    I read the link. It is concerning. I'm not doing anything with that petition. I'm letting it sit at NVC and I am awaiting the consulate's response. The SOFA is already received. There is really not ties with immigration with it.

    The withdrawal letter would arrive the same day i got the approval. I would say the letter will be dated the day before or after NOA2. We still have our petition at Frankfurt being worked on. The only thing we used the NOA2 for was so she could be with me in Germany. I e-mailed the senator again to look into the issue, and I'm awaiting decision of Frankfurt Consulate. I'm not going to upload or pay any fees on the NVC website yet.

    So, I have been e-mailing the Frankfurt Consulate and told them my situation. They agreed to accept my petition, but then when I mentioned I already have a pending I-130 submitted the said they couldn't do anything and I would have to request an expedite. I pleaded with them and them e-mailed me back saying : I was thinking I would write a letter with my receipt number formally requesting a withdrawal of my petition and notarize it and provide a copy of this letter and tracking number in the packet I will submit to Frankfurt. Question is, do you think that will be acceptable to them? Is there a way to withdraw a I-130 application online or through phone or live chat?
