Goodluck with the process. You will need a lot of patience on this though
-
Congratulations

I believe it is the Affidavit of Support that is need to be notarized and not the ITR
-
with regards to the Affidavit of Support, you also have to send your current ITR, sample pay stubs, etc.. for guides, you can click the link below:

You can download the affidavit of support on the USCIS website and fill it out, then print it out and send it to your wife. I believe that you have to use the for I-134 for k3.

Goodluck on the interview. Just prepare for the grouchy Filipino Interviewers
As for the medical, you can go as early as you want as long as you have the packet and the schedule. It will be a breeze
-
It saves a lot of money, I never had problem of presenting the receipts with the CO
Goodluck

After I get my citizenship I would like to apply for my brothers green cards how long does the process normally take? I mean on average
In the Philippines, yes.
It depends on what country we are talking here.

Since the OP is in the US on a K-3 (which is normally valid for 2 years, good for multiple entry), she may get the EAD without applying for AOS. However, her EAD will expire after a year and will need to be re-applied. AOS must be applied within 2 years or the applicant becomes out of status.
My card will expeire after 2 years according to the card
-
that's what I did too
-
^^You can apply for EAD alone and that's what I did
-
Congratulations
-
^^Goodluck for AOS and EAD
I will apply AOS as soon as I got a job
-
Mine only took 33 days...goodluck
-
Finally, my EAD is approved. It only took us 33 days of waiting
-
^^Thanks for the info
-
Congratulations
Goodluck on the rest of the process
-
Yeah, he's included. His name is also printed on my interview schedule
-
kim&james - of course you can appy for EAD alone.
The fee is $180. No need to pay the biometric fee yet. You will pay that when you apply for AOS. The category is a9 and you need to send it to Chicago lockbox.
I am waiting for my EAD approval now
Goodluck
