We had at least 2 RFE I think We applied of april 2007 and we just got the approval notice yesterday At least you know they're looking at your case Goodluck

Today wasn't my lucky day. The guy who's gonna fix my PC can't fixed it after 1 day of waiting. And then I can't even boot the PC with my own. It was actually doing fine before that, I just want it reformatted. Having raded 0 is too complicated for me

Well anyway, I can't live without computer. I had to borrow a cpu from my friend so I can catch up with my emails. And when I checked my email, there it was from CRIS. For some reason, I always get nervous when I received an email from them. If you look on my timeline, I applied for AOS last year of April. We had an interview and the officer said that she'll need more informations from us. Well they never sent us anything like a letter of what more evidence they need. So after calling my congressman on January this year they said that they'll respond within 6 months and they told me to call if I didn't get anything from them within that time period. So I called and explain to them what happened and they guy from USCIS hotline told me that they will forward it to the head of the department

That was last week, and then I got the email today. Current status: Card production ordered Sorry for the long story! I can't wait to check the mail

Yeah, most of my friends that applied for AOS with EAD said that they wasted their money because they got the greencard before the EAD card

That's why I applied for EAD first (don't have the that time )

I checked yes (as long as he is coming within six months I guess). If you check Yes, you still need to file a separate Adjustment of Status

I remember when I received my EAD card last year, the photo is sooooo bad but then again all my id photos are bad too

I was petitioned through K3 so my son was automatically listed on it. But since there was a problem with his birth certifiacte, I came here first. So I adjusted my status. In my I-864, do I need to list his name on the sponsoring immigrant (he just got his visa now and will be here in the middle of June)? Or do I have to apply for a separate adjustment of status and I-864 for him?

I can't go back home for my son's interview. He's only less than 2 years old. I was wondering if I need to fill up the DS forms and sign it or will it be fine if my mom sign it for me because she's gonna accompany my son to travel here.

It means that someone is checking on your files. When you log in to your USCIS account, you'll see the date changed under last updated
