My case is the same with 'My Fingerprint Fee was received' displayed and has been since I filed. It means your case hasn't been adjudicated or approved yet and you're still waiting to be processed. The message will change when you are approved. Good luck. What date did you get your NPIW letter?

Mine still say s fingerprint fee acceptance since March 10. Waiver lettered dated June 5th. And still waiting

Mine still says finger print acceptance in March 10 got a waiver if interview June 5th. Contacted my senator thru mail and email using my .gov email address. Wife got her eap ,ssa card. Step son got residance and eap and was filed with my wife packet. Explain that

Just called and was passed to tier 2 after a 2 and half hour wait. After all the questions before I can get an update. I had told him that my step son got all his stuff and was not sure why my wife did not receive hers. Ip they were done on the same packet. He said since he was a minor processing takes less time even after the letter of waiver.

Then asked why is my wife Msc stills says acceptance. Since March. He said from what He sees everything is fine and can take another 90 days or less. So technically I have to wait some more. I really felt I got nowhere.

UGH, so frustrating!

Yesterday I received a timeline update from a couple who has more or less my same timeline, and they were approved with no interview. Gives me home, still, to see people like you, Cute Pansy, still waiting from the beginning of January...absolutely ridiculous!

I got the waiver same date as you. My son got his green card. But not my wife

I sung victory to soon but here is my dilemma.

I filed an AOS for wife and step son. Did them on the same package when I filed. I got 4 msc numbers 2 for eap and and 2 for I 485 . Well I got both Employment cards and when I got today mail. My stepson is the only aos card that arrived. He is 3 years old. But wife still says acceptance since March 10. I assumed I would get both since everything was done done at the same time. I had a rfe and says that have received for review since may. Anyone else have that and still get the waiver notice ? I also got the employment cards

So guys, today my EAD was delivered and I went to the SSN office. I was already in the system and the lady even told me that I can go back there tomorrow and she will print out my number, as they normally process it overnight.

So today was a good day; got my interview date and my EAD on the mail.

Got letter today about the waiver club. March filer.

Well today I had a my stepson and wife biometric . I never received my wife appointment and it was suppose to be this past April. Well I walked in today for my stepson biometric and no one was inline we had the whole place to ourself. So I asked and they pulled her info on the spot and my stepson. So I did manage to obtain her biometrics with no notice for the wife.

Now that's done. What is next ? Will it ead arrive first ?
