  1. Im actually keeping busy with work and gym. Also I'm going back to see my fiancé for the 5th time in less then a year. Even though I sent the in in December. I plan on seeing her while I wait and make the time fly. What would happen if the fiancée is pregnant in the process. csn I use that as evidence jejje of a relationship Even though she is a child hood friend we always talked. But some how last year the day after valentine we spent a lot of time ever since then.

  2. Does that make a difference? Working for the government

I hope so when they see my tax returns. But I think I will have to go thru the same wait as you. I'm a postal supervisor and I get a lot of email from senators and congressman when someone with pulls calls the, when they have an issue with us. Last senator I had to respond a lot to is now president

  3. Well let me introduce myself. I am a USPS postal delivery supervisor so I can answer that question. Anytime time a letter or package is sent thru the postal service. Al foreign items entering or leaving the US has to go thru customs. Depending in the time you send it. December is never the best month to ship overseas. Because that place is packed. And can stay in customs for weeks. When it an item is sent out of the US. It is up to that Postal service to maintain that scan all the way Ti it's destination. Majority don't scan it. And will take forever

A scan will remain in the system for 30 days and then archived and you can't track that item anymore. Only I can see If that item was scan or signed past 30 days.

Major cities item arrive in a few weeks. Rural areas csn take months.

I myself sent out a few cards to my fiancé in Mexico late October around 5 of them. I made 2 more trips and 2 weeks ago while in Mexico. Gues what arrived while I was in Mexico. All 4 cards that I had mailed minus 1 that got lost. The cards took over 2 months to reach Mexico. And I work for the Post Office.

So I do t send letters to Mexico. If I'm asked why no letters then she will have proof that the letters took months to arrive in Mexico. So we FaceTime each other and I can take a picture of our daily chats and dates. I email every now and then using my email and my .gov email. Pictures I have of both of us. So when it's time to mail some stuff. I will use another company.

  4. I was Just thinking about this my NOA1 today since in less then 24 hours i will head back to Mexico to be with my Fiancee, came out the shower and thought it was just my cell phone company texting me that may payment date was approaching. Picked up the Cell and BAM!

"Your case has been accepted and routed to the USCIS California Service Center for processing." December 31st 2012. Hoping everything goes well and reading the Stats California is faster. Wish me luck, and I hold a Government Job.

  5. I wouldn't see mine until July only if I visit him. Still gathering documents to file the K1. I saw him a month ago for few days. He was denied visitor visa because they don't think he'll return to Ghana :-( . Miss him can not believe I have to wait for such a long time to see him again :-( . Need something to keep me going so post your sob story here.

Applying for a visitor visa. Will that show up in the k1 process?

  6. Speaking of mailing things. I have always emailed by fiancée and FaceTime thru our iMac. But I had sent 7 cards overs over the past 3 months. And only 1 has arrived .

Funny thing is that I am a USPS supervisor. I have gone to Mexico twice in the last 2 months and the other cards never arrivded.

What happens if we have no regular mail letters. I have known my fiancée since I was a kid. And would spend summers in Mexico

  7. Hi ,

Well I filed mine yesterday but my question is. :

I have know this women since I was a kid visiting Mexico in the summer. Startted talking to her again in 2010 but became a couple feb of 2012 of this year and have flown to see her 4 times this year and going back next month. My concern is that behind my back she applied for a tourist visa and was denied. Will this cause any problems? Our families known each other and her mom use to babysit me as a kid. :)

  8. I apologize if I post this in the wrong forum , but here is my dilemma and hope you guys can help me out .

I was born and raised in Chicago and I am a Mexican American who served in the military during 2 wars in the early 90's

And currently employed by the US Postal.

My story is that last year I met a women in Mexico who I knew a long time but started dating last summer. Little did I know her visa expired and she had told me this past Sunday that she was going to surprise me in February for valentine. But when she went to get her tourist visa renewed. They denied her visa because she works for the city where she lives.

I was surprised and sadden. I have been to see her at least 5 times to Mexico and once to California. I just came back from Mexico a week ago and I had proposed to her but she kept me in the dark about the denial. I have all proof that I have visited Mexico Pictures and all. I'm really bummed that she was trying to visit me.

Now I want to ask my own government who sent me off to fight for them for help to me bring her so I can marry her.

I can figure out the the forms but should I wait to marry her here in the US or if I marry her In Mexico What can I do. Thanks. Tony
