I did my POE at Toronto Pearson Airport, and I'm now safe and sound back in my huby's arms, wishing you all a successful interview, it is a great feeling, all the stress pays off at the end, especially when your loved one picks you up at the airport with flowers in hand

EmilyS got a reaction from NikLR in Presenting relationship evidences during interview
I know they're not real evidence for immigration purposes, I've only kept them for myself, it has no meaning to anyone else than to us.
For now I'm focused on actually starting my life with hubby, I'm sure when the time for ROC comes we'd have plenty to show as the things that are listed as evidences aren't something I have to run after and keep track of. I'm already on the deed of the house, medical and car insurance, that just leaves a few other things which will come together once I have a SSN.
I don't think it's corny at all, some of us actually find this very charming. We're on the same boat lol

I really hope that's true, because everytime I ask them whether or not a March interview date is possible they either tell me that they are done scheduling for it or that they can't predict it

Your petition was approved on nov 19?? Mine was approved on dec 19 and it's not at NVC yet, I've sent them an email but haven't gotten a reply yet! How long did it take them to get back to ur email? Have u called uscis and asked a tier 2 supervisor about it? If not call and get a supervisor on the phone and ask them to locate ur case. I'm going to do the same myself just having some trouble because my hubby is the USC and he has to make the phone call and has a very busy work schedule. Let me know what happens plz!!

the only way a k3 would be issued is if you have a pending I-130, since you no longer have that and your I-130 has already been approved k3 is not an option for you, plus even if it was it wouldn't have gotten you that far since they hardly ever issue it anymore, I applied for both CR-1 an K3 and I'm on a CR-1 route since my I-130 got approved before I-129F. So you're only option is to find a co-sponsor and forget about the k3.

count me in, My priority date is late Oct and I've seen approvals that were filed after me in a matter of 40+ days...This process is so random and I'm hating every minute of it although some of these approvals are being processed at local offices which don't have the volume of petitions that other places do. Every time I see someone posting about their approval I get my hopes high, so I guess there's nothing I can do but be patient which I don't know how!
