Our last updated date for EAD/AP is when we were issued biometrics, status in initial review & for AoS it is 30th june when status changed to "testing & interview", no interview date yet thou!
no news on why the delay for the interview date even in infopass appt.
USCIS sucks a big time!

@nica25: How & when did you come to know about failed fingerprints? only at the interview?? Hope not!
B'se I am waiting for AoS interview date for almost 25 days from my case status got updated to "testing & interview" & 42 days since biometrics (completed on 12-June-2014). This waiting had made me very anxious. Anything & everything I read scares me!
-
@ rshree the for me, the interview date came 9 days after it changed to "testing and interview" as a text and email @6:45am one morning. I got the letter of the interview date and time 3 days later. I signed up for the uscis case updates, as most of us did, right after I got the first NOA since that has your receipt number(s).
Thank you. I too have signed up for uscis case updates. still keep checking but no interview date yet.

Our AoS case status changed to "testing & interview' on 30-June-2014. Since then waiting for an interview date! hmmmmmm
People who had gotten their interview date: how long did it take to know the interview "date" for the date your case status changed? Will it get updated in USCIS website first & then we get a hard copy or will it just show up in mailbox one day... I am getting very anxious with this whole process!

I had all vaccinations done & met the requirement but in my DS-3025 It was marked "Vaccination History Incomplete" and "Applicant may be eligible for blanket waiver(s); So I went to a CS & got a I-693.
-
I used UPS to ship ~9 boxes. It was on time & everything went very smooth. Absolutely no stress.
-
My AoS online status was updated to "Testing and Interview' on 30th June 2014. Waiting since then!
EAD/AP are still in "initial review" ; walk-in Biometrics completed on 12th June.
I am speechless!!!

Our I-485 application moved to "testing & interview" status on 30-June-2014, saying that it is "ready" to be scheduled for interview. since then we have been waiting to know WHEN that interview date will be... no updates yet.. I called USCIS & they give the same info that we already know...
it is very frustrating!
I know people might say that it is better than case status not moved at all etc.. But I am just stressed out with this whole process! & venting it out here! Sorry people

If you're no longer in Canada you have to call the international number and wait for a call back.
Thank you.
I managed to apply for EI online & today I received a letter with access code and two questionnaire like thingy with a "do not sign before date". The letter does not have any fax number. Only a phone # to contact (1-800-206-7218) if I do not have access to internet & self addressed envelope to mail the questionnaire forms. what should I do next? I do know that I will receive my benefits only after EAD.
Of course I would like to let them know my information asap. Is calling them my only option? I have read that people "fax" their Visa/I-94 etc., what is the fax number/ why I was not asked to mail anything like that?
can someone Please help me with step-by-step info for completing this EI thingy?
Thanks

I worked in Ontario thru out my time in Canada. What is the phone number to talk to regarding my EI benefits claim/eligibility etc? Can someone help? I keep getting high call volume message & not getting transferred to a rep.

Our AoS application had moved to "testing and interview" stage from "Aceptance" while the EAD/AP remain at "Initial Review" stage according to USCIS website. Since I have registered in USCIS, just got an email alert when our file is "touched"
I hope it is a Good Sign/news!

Hi
First you need to book an appointment at least 2 weeks before the interview. (I am assuming you have all vaccinations record appropriate to age of the immigrant). Else start with having vaccinations done now & get a record that will save you money.
You can even call them prior to your appointment to know what you have to bring.
On the appointment date, give the receptionist, 3 photos, Fee in cash, vaccination record and your application number (MTL#). Then they will allow you to see the doctor. he will ask you few questions about your medical history, any previous surgeries, vaccinations etc., Then they will send you to blood work & X-ray in the same building but in different rooms.
You will have the option of collecting the medical sealed envelope in person or get it couriered to your address (you have to pay $15/- courier fee).
Within a weeks' time, you can expect your results.
Overall it was a good experience going to Dr Ian Zatzman.
Good Luck in your journey

We are in Fremont, CA & got the ASC at Oakland, CA. I was just reading yelp reviews of the 3 ASC (San Jose, SFO & Oakland) . The SFO & Oakland have positive reviews & it does say they accept walk-ins whereas San Jose doesn't seem to be that friendly.
We might give it a shot next some time next week.

Got my Biometrics notice today for 23-June-2014.
Do all ASC entertain walk-ins? Our centre is about an hour drive. we don't want to drive all the way to be turned away. Any help?

Thanks, ayne. Our check was encashed on Friday, 30th May. Your NOA1 are on their way. Don't worry.
People who had gotten their NOA1: our receipt number starts at MSC. How do you check case status/sign up for status update in USCIS website? B'se In USCIS website it says, the receipt number should begin with EAC, WAC, LIN or SRC (our K-1 receipt number was of course WAC....). I want to login with our new I-485 receipt number. How do I do this?
-
Received NOA1(s). Received 3 letters one each for I-485, I-131 & I-765. All the letters were dated 29th May.

Heartiest congratulations!
Hopefully, we all will be at that stage one day
