And alacranita... the Rochester office only opens one day a week so we get sent to Buffalo for everything but I hadn't thought about the oath ceremony. I'm actually going to be in the Buffalo office on Wednesday (a friend of mine has her interview and I'm going for moral support). I'll either get her to ask or ask myself when I'm there.
it doesn't have to be at the uscis office. In my city I know it takes place at district court/county court

Where is your biometrics office located? I would try again to do the early walk-in. Tell them that you have to work or something so the scheduled date is a bit inconvenient. Try to go during a time when there is very little traffic... like say on a Tuesday or Wednesday in the early morning. The worse they can do is say no.
I'm gonna wait for the letter with the date for bio. It shouldn't be a very long wait. But we'll see

I tried early bio with AOS and they didn't let me, so I'm not even considering it this time (the send me a letter yesterday for bio, we'll se how long to wait)

Is it ok that we still didn't receive anything: text, email or NOA ? Our lawyer sent N-400 on 11/19/12 to Arizona Lockbox
did your package get there? did you check the status at usps website?
Received my NOA today. I can't edit the last post so could somebody add the info? NOA date is 11/28. Thanks!
Also - do your application numbers also start with nbc*?

Don't worry, it'll be picked up and processed. I did exactly the same thing and worried about it too. But after all, we are sending it to a P.O.Box and not to an actual office so it is no wonder that there was nobody there to sign for it. So don't worry, it will get picked up today.

Thanksgiving weekend behind us
I wanted to track my package at usps.com and it says 'notice left because an authorized recipient was not available'. Is everything alright? Is somebody just gonna pick it up on Monday or should I do something?
