Hello, Id like to chime in. For help please. I'm in the same boat. I'm doing change of status forms for a K1. I looked on the I 129F and The A number is only 8 digits. Not 9. And the passport does not have a A number anywhere. Is this ok or is it susposed to be 9 digits.

Edit. FYI I found the same A number on the NOA 2. Printed above applicants name. However its 9 digits and the I 29F is 8 digits. The numbers are the same . EXCEPT they left a 0 out on the I129F. At the beginning of the number.

Anyone can go to the ER for free. And anyone in need isn't going to be ruined for life if they have an accident. Obamacare isn't about insuring the poor. Or getting everyone insurance. No employer is required to offer insurance to its employees. Its another tax scam. On the middle class working man. To support more job destroying spending. While buildijng a bigger poor people / illegal / gubment dependant class. For votes.

I cant believe the bachelorette party thing. With the ex. At her house. Not very good at all. I'm not understanding the intent. Unless its an excuse to have one. or money was tight. Who decided to have the party. I would go so far as to say. That plenty of women would not of allowed the ex to be involved. Or even stepped foot in the ex wifes house. It is still sealed. Wife said she was told she isn't allowed to open it or she cant get in. She seems to think its a medical report. But she really doesn't know what's in it. Its from the hospital where she had her examination and shots taken. It does say To USCIS (vaccination form.) I hope turning it in is ok. I'm going to turn it in with the AOS . The DS-3025 is here. And its a copy. And was NOT in the sealed envelope. Which is partly why I couldn't tell what it is. Well, its got two numbers on it too. Front and back are different. Backside is a vaccination worksheet. That and my wife ain't helping one bit. Until a few minutes ago.

Ok, 10 minutes later. Talking to the wife again. She says she had two sealed envelopes. And Detroit Airport kept the big one. I cant get from her if it was yellow. Furthermore I want to thank EVERYONE , for helping out here on the forum. As these things unfold. I have been relatively lucky compared to some people on here. I appreciate ALL your patience. And time writing answers.

Anyway to tell if the envelope was turned in at the embassy or not. And they gave it back. I'm assuming for now. Detroit did not take it. Or its a sealed envelope for a US civil surgeons eyes only. Isn't she susposed to have a sealed envelope for the Civil surgeon. But it says TO: USCIS (vaccination form.)

I'm wondering if I should just turn my DS -3025 in . As it looks like another medical exam isn't needed.

To verify again. I have a medical report original ,with a passport picture. It says things checked, ect.All ok. I have a sealed envelope, as described before . I have a DS -3025. And a vaccination worksheet printed on the back . Exactly as another poster says it should be. To not need another exam. And I have a yellow vaccination book that looks like a mini passport book. I have an Appendix C paper. Vaccinations to be completed as an adult.

I found my wife's DS3025 . According to the post which I cant copy and paste here. For some unknown damn reason. The backside of the form is filled out exactly as the poster says it needs to be so no new medical exam is necessary. Poster says to mail a copy in with the AOS forms. they get copies right? Not originals.

Its funny, because my wife's SS card says valid for work only after approval by DHS. I'm wondering what yours says. And she's been saying she wants to work like she don't even know.

I hope somebody will answer. I used the same address, period. Even when we moved. The Chinese embassy had a hissy fit when I changed my email address. Before I moved. From what the NVS had. And made me prove my new email was mine. For two damn weeks. I had to play the send emails and wait / we don't answer the phone game. And I decided to leave my address the same , period.

Here's a good one. 13 hours later, a cd of forms, papers everywhere, and I asked the missus numerous times over two months what's the envelope for. And she says I don't know. And I just told her we have to find a Dr. She says I know for shots, and to stamp the paper in the sealed envelope!!!

Dieseltu, we just submitted our AOS last month ... it shouldn't be TOO confusing, the forms are quite straightforward and really very similar to the ones for the initial K-1, so no major surprises. (And yes, as others have said -- 90 days to marry, and file for AOS any time after marriage: sooner is better but there is no official deadline.)

It sounds like your biggest confusion is the medical, and from your post, I'm confused too. Are you saying you still have a sealed medical packet from her medical in China? That shouldn't have happened. The sealed medical report was supposed to be given to her embassy, and the whole packet put together in a sealed envelope, and handed over to immigration control when she arrived in the USA. Did your fiancee not hand over the sealed packet at her port of entry / customs?

At any rate, if you have any copy of the DS-3025, then you CAN simply go to a civil surgeon in the USA here, and have it transcribed onto the I-693. Otherwise if you have a complete medical packet that did NOT get submitted to the embassy/USCIS already, then you'd better send it in with your AOS, because they really are supposed to have it on file already. You can bring that sealed packet to a US civil surgeon and they can open and reseal it for you with their signature.

Yea, I have a sealed medical packet from China. I do not have a DS-3025. I got a shot book. A shot paper, which states whats in the book. And when her shots are due. A medical examination form with a passport photo. and another one. None say DS-3035 I was reading she is susposed to have a sealed envelope to give to the US civil surgeon. I don't know if this is it. BUT, it says its for USCIS vaccination form , on the front.

Ok well. 11 hours later. I got the forms filled out and on a CD. I got almost all the copy items now. Marriage cert, passport, ect. I got a I94!! I cant figure out the medical part though. I think I got the medical form copy in the sealed envelope. From China It looks like I have to take these medical forms and her to a USA Civil Surgeon? Who opens it and makes a new one in English and seals it up again. To get a copy and a sealed form to turn in with the AOS application . And one of her shot follow ups is due now . It says 4 to 8 weeks.

I'm not grasping how USCIS is stopping you from flying to Taiwan. It sounds like you should sue yourself....

Man this sucks... Do I have to get these forms done within 90 days of entry . Or married within 90 days of entry

Absolutely! The case should be decided sometime in 2020, cost lots of money, and you will lose.

Experts in immigration have made suggestions as to how to speed up the process and reduce the fraud.. Much of the suggested changes would not go over well with many here: drop the K-1, no longer allow co-sponsors, require a common language, increase minimum income to 200% of poverty, etc, etc.

Yep, SSA will want to see a copy of the I-94 (that you print out), as well as including a copy with your AOS paperwork.

Hmmm...lines on the application forms from your printer??? Sounds like an easy way for an adjudicator to send out an RFE.... just a thought....YMMV

Already got her a card. SS found another way to get her a card.

We just did our and printed out the 194 online, you also do not need vaccination record because the sealed yellow envelope that was taken at port of entry includes all the medicals and vaccination done before interview. They take it from you and send i to USCIS and its valid for one year. Read instruction below

Hello, I'm doing the K1 change of status. And I'm pulling my hair out. In the I 485 instructions . It says to include medical report, which I have. but if you are a K1 do not include it. Just the vaccination supplement. Which I don't think I have. I got a yellow book. international Certificate of vaccinations of Prophylaxis. And I got a Appendix c Form . Vaccines to complete for adults. And here's the kicker. I got a sealed envelope with tape and red stamps . it says To USCIS Vaccination forms. But I cant open it to see what it is. How do I make copies. Who's susposed to get it. And what if they lose it.

Here's the extra kicker. She don't have a I94 entry paper. She says they didn't give her one. And Social security wanted it too. When I got her Social security card. She's got her passport / visa entry stamp .

My printer is making lines on the copies. You think they will send my app back.

I got her SS card already. I'm gonna try and get the certified marriage copy tomorrow.

What we have here is a failure to communicate.

Wal marts Sucks and Obamacare sucks much more then that. Its an inexcusable Commie takeover of the American people who run their own lives. It has nothing to do with healthcare, Or it would of required every job to have some. This is about raising more taxes. To compensate for wrecking the economy through inflation and currency devaluing. And Destroying the jobs,that provide private healthcare. And stealing the existing insurance from those that have it already. So the government can offer more spending for votes. And substandard insurance for those who lost theirs to Obamacare.

My understanding is the government will ask its useless workers to work for free. Or stay home. Will immigration at airports be open?
