Go with the co sponsor, u cant tell Embassy that now u have ft job, n ur earning as per poverty line, bcoz it does not count until n unless u have earned all that in a year...this was same situation with my fiancee, we got co sponsor...Best of Luck

My Fiance's name goes there and his information but where it says "relationship to sponsor" - can my brother put "future brother in law" would this be correct and of course I would put "Fiancee" on my form.

And since my brother's income doubles the poverty guideline I assume it is not necessary to add life insurance which they use as savings or property or savings acount amount.when income is good according to poverty line then dont need to mention other assets or anything...

7. Would I the U.S. Citizen Fiancee put my annual income with my new job (on what it will be after this year) but I haven't filed this years taxes yet of course to show or should I use the amount earned last year and just show proof of my current job & income? Where it ask for and annual income...

I'm confused I'm not sure if I the U.S. Fiancee should put what I intend to contribute or not since I am using my bro as a co-sponsor.

I've stated I am now working and have full time job and can contribute to his expenses my brother would be providing anything extra or additional help if needed just not sure how my brother and I would word that in our forms.

Ticket intend to n write down u will support all financially to ur fiancee, but some people put just K1 Process visa for Permanent Residence, they are also getting approved

Maximum waiting time to get transfer ur case from NVC to concern embassy is 4 weeks, but u may contact ur embassy by emailing them or phone them, there is no harm...Best of luck.

nw its 7 days and friday till sunday will be off so now not 10 days now more then 11 days when i hear from them this wiat game make me mad one day or i will commit suicide i miss him and my home which i never see a lot i only saw them in pics .

What i suggest to you is be on safe side n get co sponsor as well, if u can otherwise u r ok with ur own sources as well.

For the I-129F, only the USC petitioner needs to provide proof of US citizenship with a copy of their birth certificate, naturalization or all pages of their US passport. The foreign fiance(e) will not need to present his birth certificate until it is time for his K-1 visa interview. I just check online this is what it says Your case is ready for your interview when scheduled at the U.S. Consular section. If you have already scheduled an appointment for an interview, please prepare your documents as directed in your appointment letter and appear at the consulate on the appointed date and time.

Have u received the packet 3????, if not soon u will get it, this status remain will remain same on CEAC untill u get interviewed at embassy...its normal, just wait to get response from Embassy or u contact them..
